To start, there was no complimentary breakfast, which I thought was offered in the advertisement. Next, theres some medal things around the bottom of the beds that we could not help but bang our toes on. The pillows are extremely thin. The refrigerator vibrates the entertainment center all night. The shower is tiny and the pipe was soldered facing the wall so you have to lean on wall to get a fair amount of water. The active train track is directly behind the hotel and the entire place shakes with each passing. Lastly, not the hotels fault, but the other guests were loud and rowdy all night. Both rooms next to us had 6 people in them. The people were in and out, running around, yelling and constantly banging on their door to get back in. I should have just stayed accross the street at a completing hotel chain.

The staff are always very nice, but the woman that checked us in went above and beyond to help with a small issue. I think her name was Linda.

There was something sticky all over the nightstand and the floor. The TV didn’t work. There was a refreshment bar with a coffee maker, etc., however there were no plug ins. There was a tub, but no stopper for a bath. Bathtub and bathroom were dirty.

There was a dirty left over rag on the over head shower curtain. But the stay was comfortable. Was a nice stay. Don't mind stay again in the future.

Not what we expected from Ramada hotel, more like a Motel 6. Restaurant on premise was closed at time we arrived. lobby rest rooms out of order. A** machine in lobby "out of order"

At first I was a little nervous about the location seams a little sketchy. Overall great place to rest up after a long drive. Everything about the room was great and the place was really a nice place.

My wife and I are in Kingman once every six weeks or so, and we will only stay here since its clean. nice grounds, restaurant, and convenient
