The place is actually pretty nice and a good price. The staff are not great and some of the rules were not customer centric but over all nice stay!

This is our third time we stayed at the Legacy in the last 10 years, it is ran down, Raccoons living in the attic and very noisy, bugs on the floor when we first walked in so we had to switch the unit. Downspouts & Gutters are falling apart and vegetation growing in it. This used to be a nice place but owner not keeping it up, water pressure in faucets are very restricted to save water, Ice machine not working, the TV in the Family room is a 28" Old TV/Monitor. This will be our last time we stay at this Hotel. Friendly Staff.

The room was nice but no ceiling fan so room got hot and a/c was hitting the room. Walls are so thin that I was waken up at 6am to the people next door slamming doors which shook my closet door and woke me up. People talking so loud that it felt like they were in my kitchen. Connecting doors made it worse because it travel the noise to the bedroom. To be awaken at 6am is not okay! They turn on there tv felt like my tv in the living room was on that's how this the walls are

The staff were very friendly and efficient. We rented the 1 bedroom suite. The rooms are dated--The Golden Girls called and want their decor back. The pool, gym, sauna was nice. However the hot tub smelled and had scum on it, which we realized after we were in it. Our swim suits stunk so bad. I don't know if we will get the smell out. The couch was so uncomfortable and old we couldn't sit on it. The shower was a jacuzzi tub with a handheld shower head mounted. It was not easy or safe to get in and out of. Even if you do not need a handicap accessible bathroom, if you have any mobility issues (bad knees, balance concerns, fall risk), this is not a safe set up. I dont have any mobility concerns and it was difficult. There should be a picture of the bathroom on the site. I wouldn't return to this resort for another stay.

Unit air conditioning unit did not work causing unpleasant temperature in room
Room was clean but outdated, bathroom fixtures did not work properly
Walls in unit are paper thin and you can hear everything your neighboring units are doing.
