"This hotel offered a great balance: very clean, with a large supermarket next door, and only about a 15-minute drive to the airport. "The room was neat but not clean, even though we stayed 4 nights but it seemed they never swept the floor, a lot of dust on the floor and dust from the towels flying.. The best thing is just because there is a shuttle bus from the airport and the reception is very good Juan thank you sir."

"The hotel is located in a chaotic area with narrow streets. The metro and bus stops are a 5-minute walk away. Less than 24 hours before check-in, you'll receive an online registration form for your personal information and a lock code. I had no problems checking in. When I checked in, there were no available parking spaces; I was asked to find a spot on the street. The lobby is very pleasant, with a vending machine. The audibility is very high! The noise from the hallway at night was a nuisance, as the front door isn't insulated (even light comes through the bottom crack). Normal conversations and children's shouts were also audible through the walls and ceiling. The amenities were all there, but the lack of a kettle was very disappointing :(( Overall, the room was in good condition, but the painted blue wall was scratched, the automatic curtains didn't work, and the stovetop wasn't working due to a poor power connection. Cleaning was good and done daily, but the staff was only present until 3:00 PM."

"Very pleasant hotel, albeit not in the very center of Madrid. Very clean and well-maintained. Our room was all right, but located in the basement, which made it feel somewhat dingy. Upon arrival we wanted to get something to eat at the bar while waiting for the room to be cleaned. However, the wait was inacceptable. Breakfast is more like 3*. Probably too expensive for what it offers, but unforfunately Madrid hotels are quite expensive."

"The location in Madrid is truly excellent. You can walk to both Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor, and there's a supermarket and a subway station right on the doorstep, which is incredibly convenient. The only downside was a bit of noise from outside, but they even gave us churros, which was a lovely touch. Overall, it was very good!"

"This has to be one of my favorite hidden gem hotels in Spain; I'd definitely stay here again. The location is excellent, right next to a large Wenzhou shopping mall, making it super convenient if you need to print or copy anything. Everything you could need is nearby, and it's close to the metro station too."

"This is a six-person dormitory room with bunk beds. The toilets and showers are shared and located outside the room. It's best to bring your own slippers, towels, and toothbrush. There's a large common area on the second floor with bowls, chopsticks, and a microwave. Breakfast is available for an extra charge. It's advisable to bring your own padlock for the individual lockers provided, and keep valuables with you at all times. The location is absolutely fantastic and super convenient. It's less than a ten-minute walk to Sol metro station, Puerta del Sol, Mercado de San Miguel, Plaza Mayor, and the Royal Palace."

"The hotel is nicely located, you can access the heart of the city by foot quite easily. Other than that, I felt like it was way overrated. The bed is large and comfortable but the room is small, the bathroom is like a leaking closet, there is a tiny window with views over the reception and the bar area which means you have absolutely no privacy if the black curtains are not closed. You hear the plumbing very loudly every time someone is using the flush in their room and you hear everything that is happening in the doorway. The electric plugs are out of their socket, the thing to hang your wet towels are broken and falling down every time you're putting your towel. For a 150€/night room, it felt like a scam as everything is very cheap quality. The worst part was the breakfast. 23€ if you pay the same day, 19,50€ if you book the day before. Guys, it's not worth your money ! It's ultra cheap quality. Something you can expect when you pay 10€ but definitely not more than 20€ ! You cannot even order freshly made eggs. It's all industrial products, very low quality and quite frankly not good (the fried potatoes are horrible). No fresh fruit juice, cold cuts are a disgrace for Spain. Nice gym. Small but well equipped. I haven't seen the pool. So yes the hotel looks good from the outside and the inside but I'm expecting they attract people with that, selling themselves as a hip and cool place but charging you way more than the low quality of what they are truly selling. I will not come back for this price."
