The infinity pool offers stunning views, perfect for a relaxing vacation, and it's especially great for digital nomads. There's also a library-like co-working space on the first floor. The hotel breakfast is à la carte and offers excellent value for money."

"The hotel is very good for the price. Our room was spacious enough and kept pretty clean throughout our stay. Cleaning service was daily (you just need to hang the notice on the door). The breakfast was a buffet. There wasn't a huge variety, but it was enough to get a good start to the day. The rooftop pool offers a nice view of the mountains. Unfortunately, the pool bar was closed during our stay. The location is pretty good — around a 15-minute walk to Patong Beach and just 3 minutes to the famous Bangla Road. I was a bit worried that it might be very noisy because there's a Bangla Boxing Stadium right near the hotel, but it was always calm after 11 p.m. Excellent value for money. I would definitely stay here again."

"Staying at Panwaburi Beach Resort for our last night in Phuket was truly a wise decision! (Even though it's quite a distance from the airport, you won't regret coming here if you love a pool/jungle vibe + transparent kayaks.) The entire hotel looks exactly as it does on Xiaohongshu (a Chinese social media platform); there's no 'filter disappointment' here. I highly recommend the room with direct pool access 🏊. Stepping right out of your room into the pool is an amazing experience! One morning, I woke up to a cat resting peacefully by my door (and the cat was very respectful of personal space, just chilling quietly) 🐈⬛. Then, I enjoyed putting on makeup and sipping Thai milk tea on the balcony while admiring the hotel's scenery – so relaxing. The pool water was also crystal clear, and even though I can't swim, I had a great time in it. They also have transparent kayaks you can try, which are perfect for photos 📷. Finally, I was in such a rush when checking out that I left my camera in the room. I only realized it when I was unpacking my luggage back home. I contacted the hotel, and they were incredibly patient and kind in helping me retrieve it. All in all, it was a fantastic experience. Highly recommend!"

"We stayed in a room with direct pool access for 4 nights and had a very warm, welcoming hospitality experience overall. The staff were excellent, but the hotel itself and its facilities were a bit hit-and-miss. The property feels dated and could use some renovation—the buildings show discoloration, and there was mold in the bathroom along with an unpleasant odor, possibly from the septic system. One highlight was the complimentary minibar, which was replenished daily with water, soft drinks, Chang beer, whisky, vodka, gin, snacks, and even a lovely small dessert in the evening. Getting around can be a bit challenging without your own car or motorbike, especially for elderly guests, as the hotel is located on a hill about 15–20 minutes from the town center. There is a shuttle service to and from Jungceylon Shopping Mall, but it only runs every couple of hours and stops at 9 PM. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and I’d definitely recommend booking a rate that includes it. The rooftop bar and restaurant are a standout feature, with stunning panoramic ocean views and a great selection of drinks and cocktails."

"Facilities: The hotel facilities are very complete, with breakfast served every morning. There's a 7-Eleven right at the entrance, making it super convenient for buying things. Cleanliness: The room was very clean, and the cleaning staff came to tidy up every day. Ambiance: The environment is beautiful, with trees and flowers, and there's a pool right downstairs for swimming. Service: The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and they speak Chinese, which made communication easy. You can also rent scooters for convenient transportation, and you're just a short walk away from booking a boat trip out to sea. Highly recommend staying here, the hotel is great in all aspects!!!"

"The property is located directly on the beachfront, which is definitely its strongest point. The room we were assigned has a partial sea view. Unfortunately, part of the view also includes some rather neglected surroundings, but the beauty of the ocean largely makes up for it. In terms of services, there are a few shortcomings. The toilet tends to clog easily, and some amenities that are quite standard in many hotels are missing, such as a toothbrush, toothpaste, or disposable slippers. Instead, the hotel provides a beach basket with towels and a pair of plastic flip-flops to use during the stay. However, these flip-flops are not new, and it is unclear whether they are properly sanitized between guests. Overall, it can still be a convenient option for people who work and want to have the sea literally a few steps from their room, with the possibility of reaching the beach in just seconds. That said, some aspects related to maintenance and attention to detail could definitely be improved to make the experience more comfortable."

"Pros: The front desk staff were very welcoming, and the small pool and lobby had a great ambiance. They offered free bread, croissants, fruit, and coffee every morning until noon. The rooms have balconies, perfect for drying clothes or smoking. There's also a coin-operated washing machine on the first floor for 40 Thai Baht per load. The bedding was super soft, and the location was excellent. It's only a 500-meter walk to the heart of the old town, and there's a Tops supermarket and a mall right next door. Cons: Around 8 AM, the cleaning staff in the hallway were incredibly loud, talking, chatting, and cleaning (without any awareness of being quieter) until 12 PM. It feels like the hotel's training for its housekeeping staff is severely lacking, which instantly soured my stay."

"A very large Hotel complex, which standa on the opposite side of a busy road'facing a rock ridden outcrop , No sand just rocks and mud' used buy. the sometimes molusce collecting fishermen. A Good couple of miles south to PATONG beach which is sand. Transport available every hour to takeyou to PATONG' beach or the noisy seedy night spots.The choice is yours. HOTEL, Breakfast very comprehensive, in the package, or pay on entering. The walk from one end to the other is enough exercise for most. Service tries hard. Not much English. 90% Of the guests, are from the middle East. Some sitting in the pool area in full Burqua. Not many swim. Not many drink Alchol' So no problems really. Room cleaning, well that arrives when it arrives' sometimes in the morning Or in the afternoon just when your having a nap. The hotel resturant' lots of cooks with tall white hats, Not much happening , the food is acceptable and if you prefer quiet this is the place to eat, maybe it was my early dinning time. The rooms are very nice. Of course if you book through any of the multitude of online booking sites and you arrive late, you will be put in a less than acceptable room. Probably with a view of nothing in particular.After 3 room changes I got a decent room with Ocean and pool views. I ALSO Paid over the top for my accomodation . SILLY me did not compare prices before booking. It seemed a decent deal . It was a considerable amount of money differential. Trying to get some money back on the price match promise, after the fact is impossible.All sorts of of hurdles. So in conclusion ' Would I stay in that Hotel again Answer No. MY STAR rating' 3-4 at best. FINAL comment 'they did try hard but just did not cut it. Gone"

"The resort has 2 pools, and most rooms are pool-access. The price before Chinese New Year was 440 a night, which is decent value for money. It's very close to Rawai Beach, with a 7-Eleven and sea-view restaurants right outside. Now for the downsides: 1. No clothes rack in the room, so no way to wash and dry clothes. 2. The hotel doesn't offer breakfast. 3. For a family of three, there's an extra charge of 150 THB for the child, but no extra bed is provided. 4. I subtly got the feeling that Chinese guests aren't particularly welcome. This is just my personal feeling and for reference only."

"Very friendly and helpful staff here. Enjoyed the rooftop pool, and the buffet breakfast (great omelets). Walking distance to Surin beach (10-12 min), with a 7-11 and or Tops along the way. Couple different restaurants close by, or you can eat upstairs in their restaurant. We also used Grab and ordered food In a few times. Each room has its own secure wifi, rather than open wifi for the whole building. They do have unsecured wifi avail in the lobby and restaurant as well."
