"The rooms are a bit tired, but that's the only drawback. Pros: excellent location, first coastline, few boats in the sea and you can swim safely, near walking street, beautiful hotel grounds, large swimming pool with Jacuzzi, delicious breakfasts. Some days there are fire shows. I would come back again!"

"Absolutely loved and enjoyed our stay with Sita! Hotel staff was really helpful with my two kids. The room we booked is up on the hill and inconvenient with kids. We have gone down to the reception to request for an upgrade of room to the one beside the beach and it was amazing. Will want to return again!"

"The room is similar to a simple house, with three or four rows of four rooms in each row. It is sunny during the day and hot at night. The room is OK, each double bed is one meter wide, there is no bedside table, and there are few furnitures. The hotel environment is good, and the most important thing is that it is next to the beach. It is not far to the pedestrian street for food. Walk a few steps to the left of the beach to watch the sunset, and look up to the right to watch the sunrise. The sea water is clear and the sand is fine. There is no service. Other hotels will deliver luggage to the next hotel when you change hotels, but this hotel will not deliver it. They will help call a taxi and you have to take a taxi yourself. There is no life jacket or snorkeling mask for rent, which is inconvenient. The breakfast is average, and you can eat enough when you are hungry. Moved from a mountain that is quite close, the price is similar, but the difference is big"

"We received a warm welcome from Hana and her team. They were very friendly and helpful. Assisting us in checking in, making it a very smooth one despite us not pre-booking a room before we arrived. Hana also went the extra mile to make us comfortable and at ease while we wait for our room to be ready. She showed us the gym and its equipment. We wanted to do rock climbing, and Hana brought us to see the duty in charge to explain the various safety measures in place and did a live demo as well. Love the hotel ambience and clean room. Kudos to Hana and her team and the management of Idyllic for making our stay a wonderful and memorable experience. We will definitely come back again."

"The best hotel ever, nice services from the pick up, front desk, bellman, f&b and housekeeping all the best. Nice breakfast and lunch kudos to the chef. If you ever stay there please try their thai tea morning breakfast. The best ever"

"We stayed in the new deluxe garden room and it was perfect! Everything was clean, we had a lot of space and everything we needed. The staff were amazing and couldn't do enough for us. We got collected from the ferry and dropped back off at the end of our stay which was great. The location is perfect right on the beach and only around 15 minute walk to the walking street. The walk felt completely safe but could get a taxi. The hotel offers a shuttle in the evening also. Lovely hotel would definitely love to visit again 😊"

"It’s a pretty decent hotel and would recommend to stay but a few caveats. PROS -Great location; about 10 mins walk from the Bundhaya jetty. Super easy to get to sunset/sunrise beach. Is the departure point to go out snorkeling. -Awesome service staff; friendly, helpful. -Steps away from the best massage - Triluck Massage! -Lots of options as breakfast; noodles, bread, eggs, salads, fruit, etc -We got a twin room - layout is spacious and sufficient for 2 pax. - AC works great!! -Bed/Towels are clean and there’s hot water. CONS -If you’re going by international standards, the hotel is between 2-3 stars. Room could use a deep clean - some stains in bathroom and flooring. It’s not dirty, but I think from wear and tear over the years. -Room smells musty - would recommend airing it a bit. -Weird taped up socket hole by the bed, warping of some cabinetry, ants in the bathroom. It’s not that bad if you ain’t looking for a 4-5 star service, and just want a good/clean-ish place to rest your head."

"Located at the end of Pattaya Beach, beautiful scenic view of Koh Lipe. The room is superb, clean and spacious with the most comfortable bed and big soft pillows. Balcony has a great view of the sea, with a hammock to relax. Food service is excellent, lots of choice in their breakfast menu plus its a halal and muslim owned hotel. Excellent and very friendly staffs, everyone is so warm and welcoming. Will definitely return here again on our next visit to Koh Lipe!"

"Things are slow at the front desk... you have to wait patiently. On the first day, I met the hostess of the resort. She was very friendly and helpful. She can speak standard English and some Minnan dialect. She helped me with all my problems. The waiter Awan in the restaurant was very considerate and he could make delicious fried noodles himself... Next time I come back, I will still choose this resort hotel. After getting off the boat, it only takes 8-10 minutes to walk to the resort house. It is very convenient..."

"Absolutely love this place. Clean rooms with ample space to run around/play ball right by the beach! Sunrise at your doorstep. Restaurant on the beach! With affordable prices and good taste. Quiet enough for peace and privacy. The sea breeze room is spacious with large comfy bed with seat to nap outside. The standard room is slightly smaller but has the same amenities - fridge, TV, clothes dryer line, hammock etc. 5 mins walk to main street for shops/ restaurants. Friendly staff all around. We also stayed at Anda and San Pita and Salisa goes top of the list. Staff will wait to transfer from pier to hotel and return for free. It s not a fancy place by any means but has everything for a fun Lipe holiday. ."
