Awesome last minute trip. Great and friendly staff. With it being the very end of season, a few minor things were less than perfect but quite understandable for a late October holiday. The buffet was overall good, varied, and unlike some other places I saw recently - routinely changed out the hot food to keep things fresh. Excellent price point, and would be happy to go back.

Hotel was absolutely fantastic. I proposed to my girlfriend in the hotel’s beachfront room. The staff could not have put on a better show, the food was lovely and the restaurant manager was very friendly. Big thanks to Roditi Kallia for sorting it all!

The rooms and facilities were very satisfactory, and the breakfast and dinner menus were also delicious. From the next day of stay, I received many services free of charge for the fall season.

We spent 5 nights here as 7 young women to celebrate the end of our degrees. We had a lovely time overall despite a few hitches. Rooms were more tired than pictures online suggest, and night check-in staff insisted on holding on to our passports overnight, which made us somewhat anxious. Drinks were lovely and Christina on the bar is an angel. However, some male staff made us feel downright uncomfortable with the attention paid to us and this soured the trip somewhat at times. The hotel’s private beach is gorgeous and sunbeds there are cheap at €4 each, which is good as the hotel simply does not have enough loungers for all of its guests around the 2 pools. Food was standard all inclusive fare and the hotel’s main areas such as bar and dining area are nice. Overall, this hotel is fairly different to what is shown online and male staff need telling that they cannot behave inappropriately towards female guests.

Just returned from a two week all inclusive holiday at the Atlantis Hotel. The first thing I would like to do is thank all the members of staff for making our holiday so enjoyable, your hard work was much appreciated. Our room was clean and comfortable, we slept soundly and the balcony was a nice spot for an evening glass of wine as the sun went down. The food was plentiful and of a good quality with good choices. I personally enjoyed the fresh fruit in the morning with yoghurt and honey, got my day off to a good start. Alcohol can't be obtained until after 1100, the beer was nice and there is a good selection of cocktails from the all inclusive menu. There were plenty of sun beds to go around, we like to be away from the pools as it is a bit more relaxing, no problem getting one in the morning. Entertainment was provided most nights which was nice , there always seemed to be something going on. I like to use a gym then I am on holiday and although the Atlantis doesn't have one their is an excellent facility run by an ex-bodybuilder about 400m away, so if exercise is your thing you won't be disappointed. In conclusion the hotel was great and I would totally recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Thank you.

We did not book this hotel originally but Easyjet had changed our booking 3 weeks before travelling. Arrived after 11pm amongst a large group of people waiting to check in. We were 2nd in queue and were in the process of being checked in when more staff appeared and started giving guests behind us tablets to check in. This was fine but there was only one computer in use and our receptionist kept getting shoved out of the way so others could use the computer resulting in us being almost last to be sorted. Very frustrating. We were taken to our room which was away from the main building (709). The room was classed as a family room with 2 rooms each with twin beds. The beds in one of the rooms had broken legs so we opted to sleep in the other room containing a sometimes very noisy fridge. The room appeared clean and beds were comfortable. The shower was over bath and the knob which switches from bath to shower was missing so we had to use nail clippers to fix this. The water was warm and shower was quite powerful but shower curtain barely reached top of bath and bathroom ended up soaking every time. There was no anti slip mat in bath and bath bottom was smooth so quite lethal. There was no balcony as such - just sliding windows overlooking grounds. The only place to sit outside of the room was directly outside the front door which was a kind of terrace which opened onto a public terrace and we quite often had to ask people to move chairs etc to get past into our room so we felt we had no privacy and did not want to leave things outside. Also bar staff were often found to be outside our room picking fresh mint for cocktails!! However although there were a few negatives we did not plan to spend much time in room so that was fine. We found the grounds and pool area to be well maintained and very clean. The main restaurant always felt very busy so we usually chose to eat in the pool restaurant which was always less stressful. I found the food okay for AI - yes it can be repetitive but what we did eat was nice and there was always something for everyone. I found the drinks choice ok - there was about 9 cocktails available on AI along with wine and beer although I did not understand how you could have a cocktail containing 2 or 3 spirits before 5pm but could not have a vodka orange etc. - strange rule! Location of hotel was good and there were a few local bars nearby - Delon was my favourite - owner Costas and his wife Elena were so welcoming and they make the best pizzas in Kos :) - would defo recommend a visit especially if wanting to watch sports. We walked into Kos town several times - about 15-20 mins walk. We also did a day trip to Bodrum from Kos town on the catamaran for 22 euros which was a great day out. Overall we had a great holiday in Kos and would return but maybe try another resort. As I said before it was not our choice of resort or hotel but I feel for what we paid we got value for money however I would rate this hotel an average 3

Some good points some bad can see why a mixed review but overall we had an excellent stay. I saw all the comments about check-in and was worried but honestly we were done within about 10 minutes standard check in time for me and all the staff we spoke to during the holiday spoke some form of English,( at end of day we’re going to there country). Once we got to the room the view was perfect 349 in the main hotel our only complaint with the room was the extra bed was very hard to sleep on so my daughter (6) ended up in middle of me and husband. Rooms cleaned every other day and pool towels changed weekly the cleaning staff were lovely when you saw them about the hotel. I would recommend using the pool restaurant rather than the main as it was loads quieter. Food was okay what you expect for all inclusive does get a bit repetitive we went into Kos town and up to to Zia a few nights. Entertainment was good the Boys were amazing and got everyone involved. Subbed were an issues towards end of our holiday as we then entered half term and you could tell more people had arrived. Could definitely do with more space for beds or the beach being free for hotel guests (not sure why we had to pay for it) drinks wasn’t an issue for us husband drinks beer I had the cocktails (again what you expect for all inclusive) and my daughter and the group of friends she made loved the mock-tails aimed at kids. Overall we had a wonderful holiday and the hotel did what we needed and wanted. Would recommend

On the whole the hotel is okay. The room we stayed in was basic, but was spotlessly clean and perfectly adequate. We stayed for 7 nights and the bedding was changed half way through the week and the room was serviced by housekeeping every other day. Personally we found the food on the whole to be quite good. There was always plenty of choice, but you did have to use your imagination in order to make a nice meal from the buffet offering. The all inclusive drinks were very disappointing. The cocktails were undrinkable, I tried a couple, but they were just like sugary syrup - not nice at all. All of the other alcoholic drinks included in the all inclusive package were practically alcohol free! What really spoiled our stay was the consistent loud music being played around the pool area. When my partner and I go on holiday, we just like to relax by the pool. However, this was almost impossible with the continuous loud music being played by the pool. Like I say, this hotel is okay, but It really didn't suit myself or my partner, so definitely would not visit again.
