On arrival at the hotel there was such warm welcome. We went straight to lunch before checking in. The staff are absolutely lively and work non stop. I have a massive aversion to tomato so my food choices are always restricted but my plate was still as full as I wanted every meal. Loved the Moussaka on Greek night. The grounds are beautiful such a variety of plants. I loved all the cats and their visits and affection. Day one back home have booked to return next June as trying Lesvos in October. Sure my daughter and I will return frequently. My mobilty is not clever but room pool and restaurant are close

My wife and I had our first holiday at the gaia garden, we went o recommendations of our Friends whom stayed at the same time as us. The gardens are lovely and well cared for , the pool is lovely. The bar area at night can be busy but lots of smokers just sat at the bar all night not moving away from the are so non smokers where put off . My only issue was the quality and hotness of the food. There where some unusual dishes, mostly no temperature checked and cold from the servers. Our friends who had stayed twice before said it had gone downhill food wise this year. I felt cappuccino coffee should at least be an option from the machine in a morning for all inclusive but to my disappointment it was not. The accommodation a bungalow chalet although dated was satisfactory, large , and comfortable and clean. Kos grew on us over the two weeks and will definitely go back though I doubt back to the gaia garden. On a health and saftey note I was disappointed to see a couple bieng allowed to take little dogs into the eating area on a regular basis. The WiFi coverage was excellent and welcomed

We travelled with Jet2 holidays and were a little bit suprised to find that the hotel appeared to be for German and Dutch holidaymakers which set the tone for the food etc. The first thing to say is that the staff are all helpful and very pleasant. The hotel gardens are immaculate. Our first room was quite small and had a very musty smell, we were told that it had not been updated and we were lucky to be moved to the far end of the complex to a very nice/large room. The pool area was pleasant but I think it will be very crowded at the height of the season. The hotel is located around a 30minute walk to the harbour or the Old town. The food was very disappointing and during our stay we never had one hot meal, there was not much variation of food. The bar area was very noisy at times and the local beer was served in small tumblers, never full because according the bar staff the Germans would not like it if it didn't have a 2 inch head of foam (strange) We would probably not visit again as it was a little bit far to walk into town once or twice a day and the food was quite poor

Spent another wonderful holiday at this beautiful little gem earlier this month. The renovated rooms look great,& the new gardens & patio areas at the rear of the hotel, where the bungalows are, look amazing. A great idea for more personal space to sunbathe, read or just relax. Thanks again to Eleni, her standards of cleanliness never fail to impress.I didn't spend much time at the hotel during the day,as there is so much to see & do within the surrounding areas, but did spend evenings with friends around the bar/pool area, where the evening staff kept us all entertained.See you all in October xxx

The room we stayed in was dated but extremely clean, big and comfortable, I would return to this it was nice sitting out at ground floor level in amongst the amazing gardens, the breakfast was good but we struggled with the hot food side of the AI and ended up eating out 6 times during our stay, the bar staff were fantastic especially during the day but at night time we struggled to get to the bar especially with everyone sitting smoking at it!!! The food is the only reason we would not return at the moment unless it improves

Been back couple days and missing this place already, from the moment we arrived to when we left we were made to feel welcome. We were a late night arrival and was given a packed lunch as we had missed the evening meal which was a nice touch, we asked for rooms close to each which they obliged with rooms next to each other, we were in one of the older style accommodation, room with twin beds en-suite and tea coffee making facilities, we all found the beds comfortable with good air conditioning, rooms were kept clean every day to a good standard, we used the pool a lot lovely and warm with plenty of sun beds never had trouble finding one , one good point is there were lots of areas for shade if you wanted a rest from the sun or have small children, good bar with plenty of choice and very friendly staff, food was excellent with different food and choices every day , barbecue night was our favourite, there was no entertainment on in the evening which was a bit disappointing, but your not far from kos . The hotel is situated 10min walk from beach ( beach was more stone that sand) and 15-20 walk to kos with a bike car hire right opposite hotel, Overall this is a great hotel for families to singles especially if you prefer a quieter holiday, we would definitely recommend

Location very good near to everything 10/15 mins to beach bar’s restaurants etc. we had a refurbished room again very good as is pool area.it’s the A/I that let’s it down food and drinks very poor all soft drinks wines rum tequila brandy beer included and that’s it we had to buy our gin/vodka tonic and coke as the coke was always flat and beer is only a third of a pint very small glasses. Breakfast was very basic as was lunch and dinner wasn’t good at all we and most people we met all ended up eating out most nights which isn’t ideal when you go all inclusive. All inclusive is also from 7am-11pm even though bar is open until 1am. I would stay again but only on a room only basis
