Heating wasn’t working properly. The front desk tried fix it but didn’t work so they upgraded me to a different room. The original bathroom has a strong 渠味. Check in is supposed to be done though getting the PIN code via SMS but didn’t work with me until I had to call them twice. No front desk reception either but they are available on WhatsApp.

Nice place, nice apartment! Very good. Totally recommend! Apartments clean. So comfortable. Convenient location. transparent conditions. we were very pleased It is convenient to open the door; you can open it at any time. In general there are only positive emotions. Thank you!

The location could not be any better!! There’s so much to do around the hotel and it’s a great price. The apartment is really clean, a decent size and has air con, which was good for our stay as it was so warm in Krakow. The breakfast is decent and there are luggage storing facilities a close walk to.

This hotel has a great location in the centre of the old town(just off the main square). Room was clean, tidy and has everything you need for an enjoyable stay (tea,coffee and kettle it also has a mini fridge which is helpful in the warmer weather.

Super central location in the old city of Krakow. Walking straight out in the main streets of old city. Cosy atmosphere, and quick service when needed. We have enjoyed our stay here in wonderful Krakow. Reccomend a visit to the salt Minds, amazing place.

Very nice room in the heart of town, in one of the main streets. Excellent for the position, efficient service and we found it at very good price. I recommend it for tourists who wants to enjoy the city and have only few days. Nice pillows, it offers some coffee and tea.

Excellent location, right on the square!! Walk down from the apartment and you are about 100-200 yards away from the Square. Apartments were spotlessly clean and large enough for a few people per room. Great place and staff were friendly and helpful!

Very central location, the apartment was near to everything you need. Carefour express just outside the door and good connections with the local traffic. Fresh and clean rooms with enough space for two persons. Great storage opportunities and a mini fridhemsplan. Recomend!

This hotel was a great find! Its location in the city center made it super convenient for exploring. The prices were really affordable, and the rooms were kept really clean. Checking in was a smooth process, which made the whole experience hassle-free. I definitely plan on staying here again next time I'm in town!
