The location is definitely quite convenient, with two subway lines intersecting nearby. It's not far from KLCC Park. Booking early gave me a good value for money. The breakfast was just so-so. The pool was under maintenance during my stay, but I was able to use the one at Pullman.

The room is very spacious, and the bed is absolutely huge, easily accommodating two adults and a child. Although the hotel is a bit older, the facilities are well-maintained and very clean. The breakfast was also good, offering excellent value for money.

True to its renowned brand, this hotel thoroughly impressed me with its environment, facilities, service, and breakfast. It's also just a ten-minute walk from the Petronas Towers. Since I booked in advance, the price was quite reasonable. I highly recommend this hotel!

I booked the room around 2 AM, but the check-in process was a nightmare. The staff had zero smiles the whole time. I'd booked a king-size bed, but they told me only a twin room was available. It took over two hours of back-and-forth just to check in. Ctrip's customer service was quick to respond and offered compensation, but honestly, the whole experience was really bad.

Very close to the city center, and the breakfast was great. The staff were okay, pretty standard. The facilities are a bit old but still acceptable. The Petronas Towers are just a five-minute walk away, you can get there on foot! And the water in the fridge was super cold.

As for breakfast, there was a great variety of dishes, including many local specialties. I highly recommend the Indian paratha and the noodles. They also have freshly ground coffee available for takeout. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay.

Facilities: The hotel's decor is a bit dated, and I felt the soundproofing wasn't great. Around 1 or 2 AM, the sound of motorcycles rumbling outside the window was incredibly loud! I could hear it clearly even on the 22nd floor. Service: The staff were quite friendly and welcoming, actively greeting guests and helping with luggage. A pleasant experience overall.

This is our second stay at the Intercontinental, and the hygiene is exceptional. The bed is a massive 2.44 meters, easily big enough for a family of three. The staff are also very warm and attentive! A truly recommendable hotel. The breakfast is excellent too.

Perhaps because I requested a quiet room, the hotel assigned me one at the end of the corridor. However, the air conditioning in that room had a problem; it kept making a harsh, horn-like noise. Someone came to fix it, but it started again at night. The hotel offered a room change, or rather, an upgrade. The new room was much newer, with freshly replaced carpets, making it feel clean and grand. The standard rooms, however, still look quite old. But this 2.44-meter king-size bed is incredibly family-friendly for a family of three. The bedding was very clean and new, and both the concierge and front desk staff were very polite. Check-in and check-out were prompt. There's a convenience store downstairs, and it's about a 12-minute walk to the KLCC Twin Towers. The room was very quiet, with no noise from the traffic downstairs. The hotel didn't replace the toilets during renovation; they're still the old style from years ago and often continuously run water. If the toilets were replaced, it would be absolutely perfect.

Chose this hotel for New Year's Eve in Kuala Lumpur. When traveling abroad, it's always best to stick with international five-star brands. This place is just a few hundred meters' walk from the Petronas Towers. After watching the New Year's fireworks, I went back to my room and had a late-night snack. The price was reasonable, and the service was excellent! In Kuala Lumpur, tipping 2 MYR can get you even better service.
