Everything is great , dinner buffet i feel that it can be improved more as there is a menu(lobster) is no more order as it is out of stock but then it is weird as If you run buffet you should have stock alot prepared. Dinner Buffet start at 6pm to 11.30 pm , my reservation table is at 8pm and the menu is already out of stock ? If like that should limit the number. But luckily thanks to the male manager have ask the chef to give us when the person that ordered did not come back to take his order and left it there after a long time , so eventually we managed to eat when we are about to leave.

I had a horrific experience staying here. To be fair, let me share what’s good about this place: 1. Close to KL Sentral station (5-7 mins walk) 2. Very friendly and helpful staffs 3. Spacious gym and sufficient equipment 4. Sound proofing rooms 5. Water pressure and comfortable bed and pillows 6. They have filtered water in the room What ruined the entire stay was the centralised aircon!!! We were assigned 2203 and tried adjusting the room temperature but it did not work, we were freezing and called the engineer to check and was told that the room was 17 degree although the control panel was showing 25! He made some adjustments and told us to wait for 10 mins but after 15 mins the room was still freezing cold. We requested for a room change and had to shift luggage and room at 11:40pm (the staff was very helpful though). After changing to 1702, the first night was okay but the room has a very strange curry smell. It was not a deal breaker so we endured the smell. But the second night when we were back and tried adjusting our room temperature to 25 degree it did not work again! I tried wearing two layers of clothes and couldn’t take it anymore and called them at 2am. The wind was blowing directly to my head and I couldn’t even sleep. There were issues with the aircon system (they use chilled water instead of gas) and the technician spent 30 mins to troubleshoot and resolved the temperature and wind direction issue. Finally I could sleep at 3am but it was such a horrific experience! My 2 out of 3 nights stay were ruined because of the aircon issue!! On top of that, we wanted to use their shuttle service on Sunday but was told that their car was sent for servicing and it’s not available. Asked the staff if the shuttle service will be available the next day but was told to check again the next day as they can’t confirm. Will definitely not go back again or recommend to any friends or family to stay there. There’s no nice restaurants nearby (mostly Indian food) and 7-11 is located 6 mins walk from hotel (nearest one only opens during office hours).

This place was awesome. Right on the doorstep to KL Sentral which interlinks with trains across the country, also the RapidKL line which is the LRT around the city, and also the intercity buses which stop here. The rooms were clean and service friendly and helpful. I asked for a spoon from WXYZ and they just gave it to me and said keep the spoon (which I returned). Gym on level 4 was great! Not crowded and all modern equipment. The view from the rooftop was also great!

Stayed at the Majestic Hotel KL and truly enjoyed the experience. The hotel has an old-world charm with elegant colonial-style architecture that gives it a very classy feel. While some parts of the hotel may show signs of age, it adds to the character and atmosphere rather than taking away from it. The highlight of the stay was definitely the breakfast, great variety, quality food, and excellent service. Perfect place for those who appreciate heritage hotels with a touch of luxury.

Such a lovely place. I enjoyed very much staying in this place. My room has a great view of Kuala Lumpur skyline. The room had more than I needed. I had pleasant sleeps, comfy bed, lots of hot water, a fridge to keep all my drinks cold, a kettle for making tea or coffee. I was on the 52 floor and the swimming pool was on the 53 floor. It was amazing i went for a swim morning and evening. I used the gym and I also used the laundry machines on floor 30. I Will definetely stay there on my next trip to Kuala Lumpur.

The breakfast was an upset. Not much varieties. The juice selections were diluted and those smoothies, fruits and yogurt were not fresh too. My pillow still got long hair once I arrived, the lightbulb in the room was blinking too. Bathroom was slippery, maybe the previous guest shower and the housekeeper never wash the floor properly. The electrical outlet was with a noise which was very so annoying. Buzzing sound My room door was out of battery during my stay too which I was not be able to enter my room. My room key can even access to wrong floor which leads me to another floor. On a good side, the room service satay was good. Bed and blanket are comfortable. Front desk staff are welcoming, greet every time we passed by.

Absolutely fantastic stay here at Sky Pool Suites. The check in was smooth as they were waiting for me at the door and the room is spotless clean. The view is magnificent from the room itself, but is even better at the rooftop pool. There is a well sized gym and also a laundry, with some spaces to study or work (air conditioned) or hang out with the views of the city. Would 100% come back, because this place was so comfortable for me. It was clean, new and there were appliances I could use.
