I stayed one night at Sentral Hotel KL for its convenient location close to KL Sentral, making it perfect for easy airport access. The hotel's proximity to KL Sentral Station meant I could catch the KLIA Express train to the airport with minimal hassle, which was ideal for my early morning flight. The room was basic but clean, with all the essentials for a short stay. The bed was comfortable enough for a quick rest, though the hotel could use some updates in decor. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were polite and helpful. Overall, Sentral Hotel KL served its purpose well as a budget-friendly, no-frills option for transit travelers needing a convenient base near transportation hubs.

Clean and safe room. The bed was very comfortable to sleep. The location very strategic. Totally walking distance to kl sentral, the service from workers, staffs was nice too. Everyone was helpful. Room is spacious and comfortable for solo traveller like me. For online booking, check in very fast because as they are normally prepared for you arrival 👍🏻🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🥰

The hotel is conveniently located next to the train station and NU shopping mall, making it easy for us to access the train. The room was a perfect 10/10, and the service was equally exceptional. The reception staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, creating a friendly atmosphere. Although we didn’t get to use the swimming pool due to rain all day, the safety measures here are rated 10/10. The hotel also features a gym and swimming pool. We enjoyed a wide variety of options for breakfast, which was great. It’s easy to catch a Grab from the hotel lobby, and there are convenient stores at both the NU mall and the train station.

Room: Spacious. Iron, hair dryer, electric kettle & mini refrigerator are in the room. The room & toilet are clean. The room is carpeted. Staff: The security officer & the front office staff (Priya) are courteous and friendly. Breakfast: We had breakfast outside the cafe, very cozy and relaxing. There were nasi lemak, bihun noodles, toasted bread, porridge, and fruit. A deposit of RM50 is required upon check-in. The hotel is about 500m away from the KL Sentral entrance and NU mall. The area has plenty of restaurants. Cons: In my room, the aircon was not working well. Luckily there was a ceiling fan that I could use. I was too lazy to change room.

The room is spacious & clean, they provide a hair dryer in the room, amenities are enough but they don’t give a shampoo only shower gel & they only gave 1 shower gel per day for 2 people room. The fridge is a lil bit noisy. The location is very near KL Sentral, only 5 minutes walk. My 2nd time stay here and will be back again when i visit kl in the future

The location is near the brickfields, which is often referred as ”little India”, there you will have access to many South Indian restaurants and shops. Convenience stores were also nearby. The reception first gave us the wrong room, which was currently undergoing housekeeping. Then we were given the correct room and we stayed in. There was a a bit of smell in the room, but we turned on the aircon fully to let the smell to minimise. Breakfast was good. Location is also near to train station, KL Sentral. Could get a direct train to or from airport by just 35 mins

**My Stay at Le Méridien Kuala Lumpur** **Service:** The service was exceptional, with courteous and professional staff providing attentive and personalized care. **Facilities:** The hotel boasted impressive facilities, including modern, stylish rooms, a beautiful pool area, and a well-equipped fitness center. **Food:** The food was outstanding, with a wide range of delicious options at the breakfast buffet and excellent dining experiences at the on-site restaurants. **Overall:** An excellent stay with top-tier service, luxurious facilities, and fantastic food. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur.

- Check-in Process: Needs to be faster. Too much data entry is required by the receptionist, even though everything was submitted and paid for online. Guests are tired and want to rest immediately, so the process should be quicker. - Room Key Issue: The check-in took almost 15-20 minutes, and the room key didn’t work, I had to return to the lobby again to get a replacement! - Deposit: A RM 20 cash deposit is required, which is inconvenient. In the era of e-wallets, most people don’t carry cash anymore; this should be eliminated. - Room Size: The room is small but equipped with basic facilities and safety box. - Power Outlet: The room has 1x standard local 3-pin/UK power outlet by the bed, 1x international power outlet next to the study table. - The Superior Queen room has excellent soundproofing, even though it faces the outside window, and the window allows plenty of natural light. - The air conditioning provides good cooling. - Hair dryer & water heater is available. Ironing board + iron outside of the room in the hallway. - I appreciate the bed lighting, which can be dimmed without the main light being too bright, making it comfortable for both sleeping and working. - There’s a study table, and the room comes with instant coffee and drinking water. - WiFi: The WiFi is fast for online conference & social media access. - Prayer Space: There's a kiblat sign, and although the space is tight, there's just enough room to pray without having to do so on the bed. - There is a lift. - Toiletries: Basic toiletries provided: bottled soap and shampoo. No toothbrush though. - Dining: There’s a mamak restaurant on the ground floor. The staff are very friendly, and the food is delicious and served hot. You should try their nasi lemak with hot fried chicken. - Bonus: Choose windowed rooms so you can watch people savouring their Malaysian food and chatting in the restaurant downstairs.
