Four Points Hotels in Kunming

We had a fantastic stay here! The hotel is spotless — everything from the lobby to the rooms is exceptionally clean and well maintained. It’s not a budget hotel, but definitely worth the price for the comfort and convenience you get. The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of the city, surrounded by shopping malls, local markets, and plenty of great food options just steps away. Perfect for families who want everything within walking distance! The staff were polite and attentive, always making sure we had what we needed. The room was spacious, quiet, and very comfortable — ideal after a long day of exploring. My kids loved the stay too, which says a lot! If you’re looking for a clean, family-friendly hotel that’s right in the action yet peaceful inside, this place is an excellent choice. Highly recommended!

This time I chose the Four Points by Sheraton hotel next to the airport for transit. I was attracted by the airport shuttle and self-service laundry room. I didn't expect the service to be so good. The front desk took the initiative to take my luggage. The room was clean and hygienic. The breakfast exceeded my expectations. This is a hotel I must choose for my next transit.

We booked two rooms and stayed for two nights with our parents and children, and we couldn't have been happier with our experience. The rooms were new and spacious, and the rainfall shower head was amazing – easily the most comfortable shower I've ever had in a five-star hotel. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide and comprehensive selection of dishes. The service was exceptionally thoughtful; we had an early 6:30 AM check-out to catch our flight, and they kindly prepared generous breakfast boxes for us. The location is also excellent, just about a ten-minute taxi ride to Old Street and Cuihu Lake, which was very convenient. We would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Kunming.

It was a truly comfortable stay! I absolutely have to praise this hotel! First, a special thank you to the front desk staff, Xiao Xiong. From check-in to responding to any requests, he was incredibly patient and attentive. He proactively upgraded me to a room with a better view and even provided helpful dining tips nearby. His warm smiles throughout the entire process instantly dispelled my travel fatigue. Perfect service! The overall hotel environment exceeded my expectations. The facilities and equipment were visibly new. From the bedding to the bathroom and public areas, there was no sign of age or age, making it incredibly reassuring. Most importantly, the cleanliness was impeccable. The tables, carpets, and bathroom corners were spotless, and even the sink had no water stains. It was a comfortable and reassuring stay. I'll definitely stay here again! Highly recommended!
