If you're visiting Kunming city, this is a no-brainer choice. 1. The location is excellent; you can walk to Old Street, Cuihu Lake, Nanping Ancient Street, and Nanqiang Night Market, and there are tons of great restaurants nearby. 2. The soundproofing is fantastic; even though it's in a busy area, it's very quiet at night. The bedding is comfortable, not too soft or too hard, ensuring a good night's sleep. 3. The facilities are new and complete. It's a newly renovated hotel with very modern amenities, the air conditioning controls temperature well, and the water pressure is strong. It's managed like a standard star-rated hotel, with everything you'd expect and more. 4. The breakfast is rich and plentiful, comparable to Marriott standards, and parking is convenient too.

The hotel facilities are complete, clean, and hygienic. The front desk service is professional, meticulous, and patiently explained everything. The room is comfortable. Every service detail in the hotel reflects the staff's thoughtfulness towards guests, making every guest feel the warmth of home. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to MixC. It's a 10-minute walk to Donghua Farmers Market, and not far from the old town. Next time I go to Kunming, I'll definitely stay at Four Points by Sheraton again.

I arrived at the hotel feeling a bit tired with my luggage, but Raven was incredibly warm and friendly throughout, always with a gentle smile that instantly put me at ease. The check-in process was handled skillfully and efficiently, showing great professionalism, and I was registered very quickly. She also proactively and thoroughly informed me about breakfast times, elevator locations, and nearby places to eat and visit. She patiently answered every question I had without any perfunctoriness. The room was clean and quiet, and the facilities were in good condition. Coupled with Raven's thoughtful and attentive service, the overall comfort of my trip was significantly enhanced. It offers great value for money, and I will definitely choose this hotel first next time I'm in the area. I highly recommend it to everyone.
