⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a truly wonderful stay at FourPoints by Sheraton Kunming City Centre Hotel! ✔️ Halal food paradise at your doorstep – The area is filled with countless halal restaurants, making it extremely convenient for Muslim travelers. Every meal was just a short walk away. (I’ve attached a picture of the famous beef roti stall located just at the hotel doorstep. Can go at 8am, no need to queue) ✔️ Walking distance to Shuncheng Mosque – A beautiful and historic mosque located nearby. It was a blessing to be able to walk there easily for prayers. ✔️ Self-service laundry available – This was such a lifesaver during my trip, especially after exploring Yunnan. Clean clothes without any hassle! The staff were warm and helpful, the room was very comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring Kunming. Highly recommended for both families and Muslim travelers looking for convenience and comfort.

The surprise of this stay started right from the moment I booked! I have to give a huge shout-out to Daniel from the reservations department. When I called to inquire, he was incredibly friendly and patiently answered all my questions, including parking location and gym hours. He even kindly reminded me that the self-service laundry was open 24/7. Later, when I needed to change my check-in time, he quickly handled it. The entire process felt incredibly reliable, and his service attitude was truly exceptional! Upon arrival, I discovered the hotel's facilities were also fantastic: the gym was fully equipped, and I used it every day during my stay; it was incredibly convenient. The self-service laundry solved the problem of traveling and washing clothes; the equipment was brand new and easy to use. The robot delivery service to the room was a welcome relief for those who are lazy; it was both cute and efficient. There was no need to worry about driving at all. The lobby's aromatherapy was incredibly pleasant, light and not overpowering, and I felt relaxed the moment I entered. The breakfast was even more of a delight, with a wide selection of Chinese and Western dishes, including hot dishes, snacks, fruit, and drinks. The ingredients were fresh and delicious, and every morning was incredibly satisfying. All in all, the whole experience from booking to check-in was perfect. I am especially grateful to Daniel for his professional service. I will choose this hotel again next time I come and recommend it to everyone!

This business trip, stayed at the Sheraton Changshui Airport Hotel, the experience is simply full! As soon as I stepped into the hotel lobby, the spacious and bright space with exquisite decoration made people feel happy in an instant. The front desk staff was enthusiastic and efficient, quickly helped me check in, and also introduced the hotel's services and facilities. Entering the room, the layout is reasonable and warm, the lighting is superb, and the sun is particularly comfortable. The bedding is so comfortable that people don't want to get up. The mattress is just right, the pillows are very comfortable, and there is a soft quilt. It feels like being wrapped in clouds. I sleep soundly at night! The sound insulation of the room is also very good, there is no external interference at all. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the quality of toiletries is super high, the taste is fresh and elegant, and it is very comfortable to use. The hotel's supporting facilities are super complete! The gym equipment is brand new and rich in variety to meet various fitness needs; the breakfast is more abundant and varied, with Chinese and Western cuisine, fresh fruits, hot drinks, and every mouthful is super satisfying. This is a newly opened hotel that has done a great job in every aspect. The bedding is very comfortable, the breakfast is delicious, and the staff are very polite. It's convenient to eat at the Sea World across the street. After eating, you can also go shopping and watch a movie. It's good, I recommend it.
