A very satisfying stay, absolutely excellent value for money. The front desk was incredibly attentive, offering a free room upgrade and accommodating our requests multiple times. They also gave us a lovely flower cake and, seeing how many things we had, several shopping bags. The room was fully equipped and clean, with a projection screen for movies, a Dyson hairdryer, and a beautiful view from the breakfast terrace. There's so much to offer! It was truly wonderful! Furthermore, for the small room fee, they even created a dedicated group chat for me, so I could just ask for anything. It was incredibly convenient. It's a three-minute walk from Kunming's largest market, Zhuanxin Market, and a fifteen-minute drive from Kunming Station. This is the first time I've written so many reviews for a hotel. The service was truly exceptional; even five-star hotels couldn't match yours. It truly enriched our Kunming trip and earned unanimous praise from my family!

Our stay this time was absolutely fantastic, definitely five stars! First off, the service was impeccable, from check-in to check-out. The front desk handled everything swiftly and even proactively offered a room upgrade. The housekeeping staff were incredibly meticulous every day, ensuring even the vanity was free of water stains – the attention to detail in cleanliness was superb. As for the facilities, the room was spacious and bright, and the bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, guaranteeing a wonderful night's sleep. It was fully equipped with modern amenities such as a smart toilet, high-speed WiFi, and an HD TV. The shower had excellent water pressure and a consistently stable temperature, contributing to a truly comfortable experience. Lastly, the location is fantastic. A subway station is just a few hundred meters' walk away, offering easy access to major attractions and shopping districts. Plus, there are numerous dining choices in the vicinity. I would absolutely stay here again on my next trip. Highly recommend!

good wifi. meh hair dryer. shower temperature was usually too hot or not hot enough, but it was fine. the first room they gave me, the window did not fully close. a man came to my room and told me there would not be much street noise. there was. he also said the refrigerator worked. it did not. eventually, i got help from a nicer woman who switched me to a new room that didn't have any problems. laundry room was good.

The location here is excellent, with Daguan Commercial Street downstairs, where all kinds of restaurants, snacks, fruits and convenience stores are available. The best choice for visiting Kunming👍
