InterContinental Hotels in Kunming

This newly opened InterContinental hotel boasts brand-new facilities. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the hotel as a whole is quiet. It's close to Dianchi Lake, and the higher floors offer fantastic views directly overlooking the beautiful Western Hills and Dianchi Lake. The staff are generally young, enthusiastic, and energetic. Rose at the front desk was particularly warm and attentive, making the check-in process efficient and smooth. When checking out at 5:30 AM, they thoughtfully provided a pre-prepared breakfast. Overall, the stay was excellent, and I highly recommend it!

The environment and facilities are great! The service attitude was excellent, and they even upgraded our room type. We were only supposed to stay for two days, but our child loved it so much that we extended our stay by another day. They also provided free breakfast. My child said the pool water was very clear. Overall, it was a great experience! We'll definitely stay here again if we visit Kunming. Also, waking up to the rain and walking into the courtyard felt like being in a tropical rainforest.
