EXEC Hotels in Kyoto

We stayed for 3 nights and were very satisfied. The location is about 10-15 minutes on foot from the central streets and 25 minutes on foot from the train station. The hotel is very cozy, beautiful, and stylish, and the rooms are very small, but it's not too much of a burden. There is tea/coffee available in the lobby. The hotel has a very pleasant smell. The soundproofing is excellent, and there are all the necessary hygiene products and cosmetics. The hotel is clean and well-maintained. We had a great stay in Kyoto and at this hotel. We'll recommend it to our friends and stop by ourselves next time.

The hotel is conveniently located, within walking distance of the Shogun's castle, and all other attractions are easily accessible by bus. The room was clean, the beds comfortable, and the toiletries were high quality. The staff was polite. The only difficulty we encountered was when paying the Kyoto accommodation tax. The hotel doesn't accept cash at all, and Russian cards don't work abroad. This led to a bit of a deadlock, as the staff couldn't give us the key without the tax being paid. So, if you're from Russia and don't have a foreign card, keep this in mind. In our case, a kind man from Barcelona helped us out by paying with his card, and we gave him the cash. But standing at reception with luggage after a flight, waiting for a solution, is definitely not a pleasant experience.
