Excellent Location - 5mins walk from Kyoto St. and just next to AEON mall. We can easily find a restaurant or grab food from AEON supermarket. New and clean - equipments are relatively clean and new. Though cleaning for every 3 nights stay, but not a problem for us. They prepared enough towels for the whole stay, and there are collection bins and baskets for garbage and used towels in the life lobby. We can simply take them out from our room when going out to keep our room clean during the whole stay. Spacious - room is large enough for our family of 5. Kids like both kinds of bedding and one of our activity was to discuss who took the tatami or who took the western bedding every day. must stay againnext time to Kyoto.

Love the room. It's comfort n eniugh space for 4. Everything we need is just there.

Nice hotel, near Kyoto station and shopping district. 7-11 nearby just walk less than 3 minutes. Room with a dining table allows us seat together to have breakfast and dinner together. The best facilities I like is I don’t need shower in cold air. If I come Kyoto again this be my only choice. Hotel staff also very helpful and friendly.👍

Location is near to the Kyoto station, walking distance is within 10 mins. There is Aeon Shopping mall next door, many eateries at level 4 and kids' favorite playing stores, and a supermarket to buy fruits and milk. Hotel service is good and patient to explain how to use the shower room to dry the washed clothes. Room is big and sufficient for a family of 4.

It's very close to the station. Next to the hotel is a mall and a supermarket, which is very convenient! The hotel has complete facilities, the bed is very comfortable, the space is sufficient, and the service staff are also very friendly. It is highly recommended for family travel accommodation!

The room is small but clean. The two twin rooms for a family of four are just right because the room is not big and the bed is not big. The breakfast is very good. It is very close to the subway station. It is quite convenient to go to Shinsaibashi, Umeda, Kyoto and the airport.

Very satisfied. It is very close to Kyoto Station. The surrounding facilities are complete and the accommodation environment is comfortable. It is very suitable for collective living. The hotel is very clean, the store automatically delays the check-out time by two hours compared to mine, so you can stay in the hotel, 10 points of comfort

We were able to freely use various items such as plates and seasoning toys. It was beautiful and nice! ! ! It's close to Kyoto Aeon, so we bought some food there, cooked it, and had a Chris**as party! I'm glad!
