stopped in Quebec for business meetings. the Check-in and Check-out was done quickly and efficiently. the rooms are clean and comfortable. the real plus was having underground parking in the winter. the breakfast is OK but with Chex Cora across the Parking lot - great place to have breakfast. the workout room and pool are useful.

Terrible. Room was clean for us BUT they had a tremendous up charge - an extra $40 for the 4th person in a four person room. They advertise an included breakfast but then have a sign saying there is no breakfast. They do have coffee available. They have no airport shuttle service and insisted we needed two cabs for four people, which had been an issue nowhere else in Quebec. They are pricey, scammy, and do not deliver services as advertised. Stay elsewhere if you can.

This place is old, and dated. It has been updated in some places. It has small old 5” thick flatscreen tv's. The bones are bad. No elevator. The heating and AC units are in wall, half broken, dirty, old. The carpet has weird bumps and undulations in the floor. The low ceilings and layout just show how dated this place is. For a much lower price it would be ok. I do not think I will stay here again.
