Como bien dice otras reseñas,cuando tienes cajas de experiencias(en este caso wonderbox también) la cosa cambia. Yo no pude hacerla con mis hijos por problemas de salud de unos de ellos .Me ofreció cambiarla. Un año después justo lo intenté y me contestó 5 días después cuando la primera vez todo era inmediato. Al tardar,tuve que hacer otras cosas coni hijos. Al pedirles educadamente el cheque sin utilizar jamás se pusieron en contacto y a través de wonderbox declinaron hacer la devolución alegando que al anular la primera vez la reserva el mismo día no pudo alquil****la a nadie. Curiosamente me recomendó dejar la reserva para otra ocasión porque había llovido intensamente y estaba todo mal. Así que me he quedado sin cheque y no poder hacer otra experiencia con mis hijos. Tanto wonderbox como el sitio,,si hay dinero y ya pagado la buena fé brilla por su ausencia

No puedo hablar ni de experiencia porque ni siquiera se me dió la oportunidad de reservar. Todo fué amabilidad y facilidades hasta que dije que quería reservar a través de WonderBox en cuyo anuncio ponía claramente reserva de UNA NOCHE para 2 personas. Ahí todo fueron problemas me obligaban a reservar 2 noches además argumentando que pierden dinero con un tono muy mal educado diciendo que era su casa y sus normas. Esto demuestra que usan los paquetes de experiencias para captar clientes y luego aprovechan para clavarte una noche más. Desde luego si ese es el trato con un cliente por teléfono no quiero ni pensar lo que será en directo. NADA RECOMENDABLE. VERDAREROS SINVERGÜENZAS!
