A very pleasant stay all-round. The entirety of what I personally witnessed during my stay at hotel Nova, from the room and ensuite, to the lobby and 5th floor breakfast area was that it was impeccably clean, and as for the overall design, it was certainly to my taste, with crisp decor throughout. The room was well sized and included all the necessities, and beyond that already stipulated was the professionalism and intelligent mannerism of the owner who was very welcoming. As such I would of course recommend this hotel to all those seeking a comfortable stay in Lahore.

Located in the area of Johar town and It was a nice hotel and great hospitality. It's very convenient for transportation and it has many restaurants and mini markets around it . Easily accessible from airport and Daewoo bus stand.

I have commented before, this time it is an extended stay, it’s okay to stay for a week, but the network is poor

the girl in reception Khadija was really welcoming,adorable ,effecient . She warmly welcomed us with a smiling face , she treated us like a family, she upgraded our room free of cost to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable . i always choose this hotel bcz of friendly staff specially khadija. Extremely dated and poor quality hotel. Poor furniture, stained chairs and sofas. Don’t bother looking out of the window, you overlook a function hall. Restaurants are tired, staff uniform is appalling throughout this hotel. The number of complaints these guys have must really effect the morale of the staff. Management seriously need to compare themselves to any 3/4 star hotel and they will see where they going wrong. They need to invest in bedding and towels iron and iron boards and overall basic improvements and better quality of standards. The best part of the stay is the housekeeping staff, they made the best job they could with the old dated bathrooms and carpet. I have to stay another few days, let’s see if things improve.

The Ramada room is still very good, the main service is very good. If there are more charging sockets in the double room, it would be fine. I stayed in 4 hotels + 1 homestay in Lahore for 20 days. Ramada is the hotel with the highest quiet index in the living environment. The restaurant can also eat food that meets the Chinese stomach. THE NISHAT HOTEL I don't mention it (the one upstairs in the Emporium shopping mall of Jonisha Hotel), fake 5-star decoration materials and sound insulation are everywhere to show what is called fake 5 stars, and I asked me to collect money. The breakfast included is not as good as a Samsung hotel, and the background music is ugly and noisy. The 4-star Nisha Hotel in the city center is still good, at least the TV looks the coolest. My evaluation is very objective, I hope that the guests will not go wrong.
