부쉬가든 탬파 관련 출장길. 서비스 엉망, 불친절하고 대꾸도 제대로 하지 않는 종업원. 모든 종업원이 그렇지는 않았지만 트렁크 2개를 끌고 현관에 들어서는데 멀뚱멀둥 쳐다만 보는 호텔리어는 처음 봤습니다. 주차 공간이 차고 넘치는데, 유료 징수하는 것도 이해 불가.

Gutes Hotel nahe zum Bushgarden. Man hat uns zum Bushgarden gefahren und wieder abgeholt. Frühstück war amerikanisch doch ok. Was uns gestört hat ist, dass das ganze Geschirr aus Plastik bestand.

Great stay at this hotel. Great customer service from the front desk, breakfast spread was very good. Hotel is close to USF and restaurants. Will definitely stay there again.

The air-conditioning rattled all night. And there was a sound coming through the wall all night like a loud humming noise from next door, between the two sounds it was like staying in a cheap trailer park.

Nice hotel for budget friendly families. Not in the greatest neighborhood and you have to pay $12 a night for parking but if going to Busch h Gardens it’s worth it bc you can take the hotel shuttle which was great! Breakfast was ok and can’t complain since it’s free lol.

Room 616 wasn't a good room to be in. Holes in curtains, dusty room, toilet seat need to be changed, panel coming off, sofa had burn marks. I made a call and they gave us the option to switch rooms. We went to another room and had a much better experience. I can say everyone that we came in contact with was professional. The breakfast options wasn't great, however, I did enjoy the breakfast potatoes. I didn't get to take a picture of everything.

3 stars - average. I did not expect to be charged for parking. Place was moderately clean but showing wear. Employees were very friendly. Breakfast was low average.

The front desk guy was a great ambassador for the hotel! Super friendly and always helpful! Hotel was just so so not so great. Our room smelled and felt unclean. Furniture was badly worn didn’t feel comfortable sitting on the couch kinda gross. Needs a facelift with new furnishings!

Transportation to hush gardens was great
Room was gross. Dirty and stained couch and rug. Bathroom was gross. Light was loud and scary.
Rooms are in desperate need of a renovation.
