"The location is perfect and centrally located in the heart of shopping centres, walking distance to the beach and night life. Great rooms on the 22nd floor. The beds are very comfortable, and the room is spacious for up to 3/4 people. The downside for us was that the staff at the reception told us that there wasn't a restaurant located in the hotel when we enquired while checking in, so we went out to look for something to eat after we checked in to the hotel, only to get back to find a brochure in our room advertising a Cafe conveniently located in the hotel for guests. I highly recommend that the staff need to be informed of any changes in the hotel so that they are able to provide accurate information about the hotel to the guests. The check-in and check-out process was great, made conveniently for guests and staff, there's no long cues at the reception👍🏾 We'll definitely be returning."

"Helpful reception staff meant a quick and painless check in experience. Room was comfortable size, airconditioned with a view of the water. Small fridge, kettle and coffee and tea supplies. Close to Chinatown and multiple dining options. Quiet room away from the lifts."

"The hotel's location is excellent, situated along a main road, and there's a light rail station nearby. There are supermarkets and restaurants in the vicinity, making it convenient to get anywhere. The only thing that bothered me was the extremely poor drainage of the shower."

"We loved staying at Novotel, especially location-wise, it's 5 to 8 minutes walk to surfers paradise. Balcony and views from it are amazing, pics for ref. Tram is a 5 minute walk. All great restaurants within 5 minutes. Hoping to stay again in future!!!! Oh and yes heated pool and spa were added bonus including fitness room- free for hotel guests of course."

"Stunning view with the beautiful beach, it’s so worthy stay with. Some construction working nearby but haven’t block my views, just dusty sometime. We come back next time with this resort."

"This was our second stay at Mantra Legends. We booked the same room as last time a studio which gives you a mini kitchenette and dishwasher. Perfect for a New Year's Eve celebration as we could see the Surfers Paradise fireworks from our balcony and bedroom windows. Comfortable bed, good aircon and not cramped. The buffet breakfast was great each of the three mornings with beautiful fruits, pastries and cooked breakfast items. Would stay again because the location is close to the beach and many different restaurants.We also spent a lot of time in the lovely pool."

"A pleasant stay, staff were friendly. For the price, the twin room was well equipped with everything we needed. We also had a sea view from the balcony! The pool and spa were nice additions, but with the proximity to the beach and tram we made the most of the location"

"Our stay at The Island was impressive from start to finish. We stayed for 5 nights on the 10th floor. Great location to town, the beach and transportation.
