recently stayed at Just Sleep Jiaoxi and had a very enjoyable and comfortable visit. As two older adults, we really appreciated how convenient the hotel’s location was—close to the main attractions, food options, and the train station, yet still peaceful enough for proper rest. The room was clean, well-kept, and pleasantly spacious. The in-room hot spring bath was a highlight for us. It was easy to use, very relaxing, and perfect for soothing tired muscles at the end of the day. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and we slept well throughout our stay. The staff were friendly, patient, and always ready to help with directions and suggestions. They never made us feel rushed and were consistently warm and professional. Breakfast offered a nice variety, with simple but tasty options that suited us well. We also appreciated how smoothly everything was managed—from check-in to housekeeping. Overall, Just Sleep Jiaoxi gave us a relaxing, fuss-free stay with great value. We wouldn’t hesitate to return on our next visit to Jiaoxi.

It’s low to the ground, which made it absolutely perfect for our toddler and 1-year-old. We didn’t have to worry about them rolling off the bed, and it even doubled as a safe, spacious play area during the day. The kids loved crawling and jumping around, and we parents could relax knowing they were safe. The private hot spring in our room was the best part of the stay. After a long day of traveling and exploring, being able to soak in the hot spring was exactly what we needed. It was clean, spacious, and perfect for unwinding while the kids napped or played. Orient Luxury Hotel in Jiaoxi is a fantastic choice for families, especially those with young kids. The tatami-style beds, private hot spring, and thoughtful service made our stay both relaxing and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a comfortable, family-friendly hotel in Yilan, this is definitely a great option. We left feeling refreshed and can’t wait to come back for another visit! The grandparents especially loved it—it was so convenient for them to enjoy the hot spring without having to leave the room. It really helped us recharge for the next day! The breakfast buffet was great! There was a good mix of Western and local Taiwanese dishes, and everything was fresh and delicious. The kids enjoyed the pancakes and fruit, while the grandparents appreciated the traditional congee and hot tea.

Great location, just beside the dongmen night market. A lot of nice food nearby also. So close to the train station. Basic hotel, quite comfortable bed and room. May consider staying again.

The hotel was generally accessible from the jiaoxi train station (about 4-5 mins walk) It’s also very close to the market where you can get food and drinks easily. In terms of amenities, theres a rooftop (outdoor) spa, indoor spa, swimming pool and gym.

Booked 2 rooms for family trip down to Luodong, Yilan. Breakfast provided- mainly Taiwanese food. Kids friendly from entrance to room and amenities. Price wise slightly on the up side but location is very convenient - 5 min from the train station! Lack of an in house washer and dryer but a coin based laundry place is 5 min away near the train station.

The hotel is good for relaxing as you can enjoy the spa. Their design is nice too. Very enjoyable to stay. It will be perfect if they have amenities like laundry. The room has some smell due to humidity at first but it is alright after the aircon and dehumidifier is operating for awhile.

The environment was spacious, clean, unique, and beautiful. The children were curious and had a lot of fun. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and although it was an open space, it wasn't damp. The floor dried quickly, and the children said they slept well and felt comfortable. It was fantastic! I would definitely book again!
