"This was a super cheap Hankou hotel that was exactly what I needed at the end of a trip from Shanghai. The decor was elegant and minimalist. While one window didn't appear to close and the toilet plugged, well, you get what you pay for! Still a good deal and still a fan of the Ji chain."
"First time staying here. The hotel was very well located in the downtown area. Front desk staff gave me an upgrade to their executive room with a killing view. Room was clean and quite spacious. Really dig the view of the lake and financial districts below. I would typically prefer a sunnier day for better visibility, but during my stay this time, it was drizzling and the blurry view was quite chill. Breakfast ended a bit early but had some decent food options. Lobby bar staff was not familiar with credit cards or Apple Pay but actually their handheld worked with my Amex on iPhone in the end. I had to work with her and her manager so keep in mind if you are using these options. I would recommend choose CNY on the POS machine and have your bank do the currency exchange. Their POS device charges 5.5% fee if you choose Dollar or equivalent."
"I really enjoyed staying at this apartment. It was very clean and comfortable. The room was well designed and the view out the window was amazing. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. He recommended where to go and places to eat. I am unable to speak Chinese but communicating with him via WeChat was easy. This will be my go to place whenever I visit Wuhan. Also I have recommended it to my friends and colleagues. Great service, good location, terrific atmosphere."
"My stay was fantastic from start to finish. The reception were very helpful and kind (they didn’t understand English but were very patient and understanding when helping me). The location is very convenient as you are right next to a big shopping mall and a lot of food options. The room is beautiful and very clean, and they were nice enough to upgrade me for free! Everything was very comfortable and modern, I’ll definitely be back in the future! Thank you ❤️"
"The hotel’s location was ideal—centrally situated, making it easy to explore the city’s top attractions. Whether I was heading out for shopping, sightseeing, or dining at local eateries, everything was within a short distance. The check-in process was seamless and efficient. And the room was clean and tidy."

Perfect
GGuest UserThey got washing machines but there’s no laundry detergent supply. Hope they could prepare for customers next time.
GGuest UserThis hotel is wonderful, beds and rooms are very comfortable and spacious. The staff were exceptional kind, especially Claire Shang, who was working at the front desk. She speaks fluent English and a number of the staff know English as well. Every time I have family or friends visit me, I get them a room at this hotel. Can’t recommend it enough. Plus the breakfast is cheap but yummy, and you can order specific dishes you want like an omelette or scrambled eggs. Plus local Chinese dishes. Also they have a cute robot that can bring amenities to your room if you need them.

GGuest UserDefinitely an excellent hotel and highly recommended. Excellent service. They serve you tea each time you go to the reception. Excellent breakfast and evening meal, all included. Room is excellent with perfect view.
GGuest UserI recently stayed at Somerset Future Center Wuhan and was thoroughly impressed by every aspect of my experience. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated and impeccably clean, providing a true sense of comfort and relaxation. One of the standout features was how quiet the hotel was despite being in a perfect location. It is close to key attractions, dining, shopping and cinema. It offered the ideal balance of convenience and tranquility. All of the staffs are very friendly: from reception, housekeeping, gym and dining. Our special requests are fulfilled, we can borrow wheelchair to assist my mom to travel around, and we are extremely grateful. During the stay, I had the privilege to know some wonderful staffs such as Daisy, Kylie and Amy from the restaurant. They were absolutely wonderful, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a great experience. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh, delicious options to suit all tastes. The hot dry noodle and beef noodle were very tasty, top quality. This hotel has exceeded all my expectations. We would surely book this hotel again when returning to Wuhan. Until then, see you and thanks for the wonderful experience!
GGuest User10mins walk to the Yellow Crane Tower 20mins walk to the ferry terminal The counter staff Ms Chan was super polite, helpful, smiling face at all time. There are a variety of affordable local food.
JJchen1This hotel is extremely convenient, being very close to the airport, which made our travel much easier. At the beginning of our stay there were a few issues and we had to change rooms twice, but the customer service was excellent throughout. The staff were patient, responsive, and genuinely helpful in resolving everything quickly. The amenities were a big plus the gym was well-equipped, and the free laundry service was very convenient. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a very good buffet offering plenty of options. Overall, despite the initial hiccups, the great service and facilities made this a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would happily stay again.
MM535137****Shell Hotel (Lanjia Road Metro Station World Trade Jinshang Yangtze River Branch) Review As a loyal and returning guest, I am delighted to share my latest experience at the Shell Hotel. This stay has once again exceeded all my expectations, confirming my belief that this hotel is second to none. Quality: The Shell Hotel offers superior quality in every aspect. From the pristine cleanliness to the impeccable service, it stands head and shoulders above the Hilton Hotel downstairs. The attention to detail and commitment to excellence are evident in every corner of the hotel. Scenery: The views from the hotel are breathtaking. Whether gazing out at the bustling cityscape or enjoying the tranquil surroundings, the scenery is unparalleled compared to the Hilton. The hotel's location near the metro station and World Trade Center also adds to its charm. Pricing: Despite its high quality and stunning scenery, the Shell Hotel offers pricing that is more reasonable than the Hilton. This makes it an even more attractive choice for discerning travelers like myself. Overall Experience: In conclusion, my stay at the Shell Hotel has once again been exceptional. As a seasoned traveler, I can confidently say that this hotel offers a level of comfort, luxury, and convenience that is unmatched by the Hilton Hotel downstairs. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a superior hotel experience in the city.
GGuest UserWe had a really pleasant experience with the hotel especially some of the bellboys and front desk staff! :) Hotel staff were also very quick with our request of getting extra bottles of water and room slippers. The room had a good view and their place is really very spacious and clean. Special shoutout to front desk staff Ryan, who went above and beyond to help us resolve and coordinate our many parcel deliveries. He even helped us to contact the drivers personally. Also to Yuki, who was really helpful with assisting our checkout smoothly. We are overall pleased with the service, location and cleanliness of Wuhan Marco Polo and will be sure to recommend to others!
GGuest UserSuper recommending this hotel. Near to many tourist spot and walking street. The hotel room is clean and comfy. Staff are attentive, breakfast is nice and not smelly with good ventilation that impress me. Always afraid going for breakfast in hotel due to the oily smell after meal. No regret selecting this hotel during my stay in Wuhan
WWilfredLocation is close (5 minute walk from Metro). Hotel is at 11th floor and hence the view from room is good. Clean and especially a comfortable bed. Hotel was kind to give me an upgrade. ( i extended my stay)
