GGuest UserThe hostel was right next to Ita Thao shopping district and less than 5 minutes walk to the bus stop, which was very convenient. Capsule room was clean and spacious, well worth the price. Staff were friendly and check in/out procedure was smooth. Complimentary tea and coffee at the ground floor pantry. The rooftop has a good view of the shopping district and abit of the lake, and was nice place to chill in the evening. If one wants they can also use the hot spring facility at the Wyndham next door, although it is quite pricey. Overall a very cozy hostel at a very convenient location, at a very good price.

GGuest UserOne of the best hotel I’ve stayed in! The view of this hotel is phenomenal and the service was at top notch! Came here with my family and we all enjoyed our stay so much! The buffet dinner and breakfast was great, very wide variety of food options. Hot spring was abit small, gets crowded during peak season, but can choose to soak at the room :)

GGuest UserClose to Shuishe pier. Good for those who want a quieter part of the lake. Shuishe dam is about 10min walk, with excellent views. Owner will pick up from the pier bus station when you arrive, and send you back upon check out. Just need to call and let them know. Only setback is food options are a bit far from the hotel.

GGuest UserThe hotel is considerably cheaper than others in the area with similar-looking rooms and it is brilliantly-located right at the lakefront and only 2 minutes away from the bus terminal. The staff is very friendly and you even get a discount voucher for the nearby bike rental. I booked a room without a window and got one with two windows which is absolutely appreciated. I even had a very large bathroom with a gorgeous and huge bathtub which was an unexpected luxury. Overall the room is clean and comfortable. The AC works perfectly, the bed is comfortable enough for a few days, and the the linen and towels were fresh. The interior is dated which didn't bother me me much because it was still as clean as dated interior can get and therefore definitely clean enough for me and for most travellers. I actually kinda liked the old charme. The walls are thin, though it doesn't matter so much because there aren't many rooms per floor. The breakfast was surprisingly nice and located in another hotel right at the lakefront so that you have stunning views!
