Kozmo Hotel Suites & Spa - Small Luxury Hotels of the World

9.6/10
Amazing

My recent stay at the Kozmo Hotel Suites and Spa in Budapest was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, the experience was luxurious and flawless. Here’s why this hotel deserves all five stars: 1. Warm Welcome and Check-in: Upon arrival, we were greeted by the friendly and attentive staff who immediately made us feel at home. The check-in process was seamless, and they provided us with a helpful overview of the hotel’s amenities, spa services, and nearby attractions. The lobby itself is stunning, with modern decor and a welcoming atmosphere. 2. The Room: We stayed in one of the Kozmo Rooms, which was beautifully appointed with elegant, contemporary furnishings. The spaciousness of the room was impressive, with a separate living area, a comfortable king-size bed, and floor-to-ceiling windows that offered breathtaking views of the city. The room was immaculately clean, and the design was both stylish and practical. Every detail, from the plush linens to the luxurious bathroom amenities, screamed luxury. 3. The Spa: The spa at Kozmo Hotel is truly a hidden gem! After long days of exploring the city, we treated ourselves to a massage and some time in the sauna. The staff at the spa were professional and the treatments were incredibly relaxing. The heated pool and whirlpool were the perfect spots to unwind, and the ambiance in the spa area was tranquil, with soft lighting and calming music. 5. Location: The hotel’s location is perfect for exploring Budapest. It’s situated in the heart of the city, within walking distance to many of the major attractions, including the Danube River, Parliament, and St. Stephen’s Basilica. There are also plenty of cafés and shops nearby, making it easy to experience the best of Budapest’s culture and cuisine. 6 Exceptional Service: What truly sets Kozmo Hotel apart is the level of service. Every staff member we encountered was courteous, helpful, and went out of their way to ensure we had an amazing stay. They provided great recommendations for restaurants and activities, and they were always ready to assist with any request we had. Final Thoughts: Kozmo Hotel Suites and Spa is the perfect blend of elegance, comfort, and top-tier service. Whether you’re visiting Budapest for leisure or business, this hotel provides a luxurious retreat in the heart of the city. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly five-star experience. We can’t wait to return!

The hotel is located near to river, metro station, tram line and food street. The bed is comfortable. There is a large supermarket nearby, located in basement of the old market building. The main train station at Keleti is 3 stops from Fovam Terrace station.

I stayed for 6 nights in an 8 bed female dorm with en-suite. Bed is comfortable and each one has a lamp , plug socket, privacy curtain, small lock box on wall within bed space and an under bed storage box that is big enough to hold a carry on suitcase (need own padlock). The room is spacious enough to not feel cramped even with 4 bunk beds. There are hooks on the side of the bed and walls. The en-suite shower room had a hairdryer and soap/shampoo in the cubicle. There is also a washroom in the corridor. Rooms are cleaned each morning. Room has heavy blackout style curtain and there are two lights meaning the smaller light near the door can be put on by someone arriving late. I had no problems sleeping. Roommates are the luck of the draw; all mine were quiet and respectful. The hostel is in a charismatic old building yet modern and clean. The beds are spacious and comfortable to be in, also lounge areas, dining areas and separate work areas with tables being used by people on computers. Free WiFi is stable throughout. Kitchen area has multiple cooking hobs, necessary cooking equipment and even a toasted sandwich maker which I enjoyed making use of. The hostel is clean, well organized and designed well for travelers. It is not a party hostel and a quiet place to chill, I.e. not the place for someone who is looking for a bar and active social scene within the hostel though everyone I met was friendly. Feels safe and secure with keycard access. The location is great; being less than 5 min walk from Fovam Ter means lots of transport links for bus, tram or metro. I arrived and departed by FlixBus and bus 83 provides a direct 25 min route to the bus station. The hostel is right next door to the Great Market Hall in which there is an Aldi to buy cooking basics and all the market stalls for Hungarian specialties and souvenirs. Easy walking distance to the historic centre and places tourists would want to go. I would definitely stay again.

I had a wonderful experience staying at the Danubius Hotel Hungaria City Center. The location was perfect — close to the city center and very convenient for public transportation. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were always friendly, helpful, and professional. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Hotel Review: A Cozy Stay in Budapest I recently had the opportunity to stay at a hotel in Budapest, and my experience was quite pleasant. Overall Ambiance: This hotel offers a more home-like environment rather than the traditional professional hotel experience. The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting, which made it easy to unwind during my stay. Location: While the hotel may appear to be slightly distant from the city center, I found that accessing the main attractions was not an issue. With a variety of convenient transportation options, including trams and the metro, reaching the heart of Budapest was straightforward and manageable. It’s an ideal location for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city while still being easily connected. Service: The receptionist staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. I appreciated their attentiveness; they would knock multiple times before entering the room, ensuring guest comfort and privacy. Additionally, the option to store my luggage at the hotel after check-out was a significant advantage, allowing me to explore the city without the burden of my bags. Room Comfort and Amenities: My room was spacious and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The bed was decent, providing a good night’s sleep. Despite my short one-night stay, I found the accommodations to be more than satisfactory. Dining: The breakfast section offered a variety of options, making it a pleasant way to start the day. I found the selection to be adequate and enjoyable, contributing to a positive overall experience. Conclusion: In summary, if you’re seeking a quiet retreat away from the city’s hectic pace, this hotel in Budapest is a commendable choice. With its cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, and accessible location, it provides a comfortable base for both short and extended stays. My experience was quite satisfactory, and I would recommend it to others looking for a relaxed stay in Budapest.
