IIvanS777It is one of the latest hotels in Jakarta; therefore, the rooms were up to date. (do not mixed up with Sari Pan Pacific). I reserved the rooms which include Bfast, so that every morning we went up to the 90th floor (the highest breakfast place in Jakarta I guessed) and ordered our special breakfast (prefer the one that was made to order). The hotel was attached to the malls, which later on I found out that there were quite many good foods inside the malls that open during breakfast hour. I was there during lebaran holiday, so that obviously my family schedule on that time was only dine and shop. The location was so close to Plaza Indonesia and Grand Indonesia, which nothing to worry for dining and shopping. The swimming pool was very beautiful at night and The gym was truly gorgeous with a breathtaking view from above. Overall, I like Pan Pacific Hotels because of its strategic location and brand-new hotel with bonus of stunning views as currently being the highest hotel in Jakarta.

TterentiusOverall, an excellent stay. It is just across the road from the West entrance of Grand Indonesia, which has tonnes of eateries, cafés, and shops. Huge room, clean, and guests can avail of the in-house sauna, gym and pool. We did not use the breakfast at the hotel, so no comment.

AAnonymous UserMy stay at this hotel left me with a very pleasant impression. From the moment I checked in, there was a calm and comfortable atmosphere. The staff was polite, attentive, and always tried to help with any questions. Check-in was quick, without unnecessary waits, and the reception staff explained everything clearly.
The room turned out to be clean, cozy, and quite spacious. I especially liked that housekeeping was done regularly and very carefully. The room had everything needed for a comfortable stay: a comfortable bed, good air conditioning, clean bedding, towels, and pleasant lighting. In the evenings, the room was quiet, so I could relax and get a good night's sleep.
The hotel grounds also left a good impression. Everything was well-maintained, clean, and beautifully designed. It was nice to just walk around the territory or spend time by the pool. The atmosphere in the hotel is relaxing and peaceful, without unnecessary noise or hustle.
I especially want to mention the food. Breakfasts were varied, and the food was fresh and delicious. Every day you could choose something new, with both light options and more hearty dishes available. I also liked the attitude of the restaurant staff – they cleared everything quickly and maintained order.
The hotel's location also turned out to be very convenient. There were shops, cafes, and places to go in the evening nearby. At the same time, the hotel itself remained quiet and comfortable for relaxation. This is a good option for both a short trip and a longer stay.
Overall, the vacation was very enjoyable, and the hotel left only positive emotions. You truly feel comfortable and peaceful here. I would gladly return here again and can recommend this hotel to those who appreciate cleanliness, comfort, good service, and a pleasant atmosphere.

張張建華 LoireAn old-school upscale business hotel. Very good service with friendly and helpful staff. Spacious room with adequate amenities. With international electric sockets that was very convenient for international tourists. A Family Mart and a KFC are just round the corner, Without 10 minutes walk to find many eateries. Not around with shopping centres.
The swimming pool and full-gear gym were excellent!
I'd in particular mention Tria of the lobby lounge. I went to the lounge also every evening throughout my stay, Tria was very friendly and consistently provided excellent service.

GGuest UserDo not miss the breakfast. It has awesome variety. Although the old wing rooms seems a little dated, mine was clean and functional. The rooms there do not have the vintage feel. Had a friend in the new wing and the rooms there were much more modern and updated. Throughout the hotel, the staff were awesomely polite and courteous. I would not hesitate to stay here again when I am in Jakarta.

AAbu0721Excellent stay! The environment is lovely, and the breakfast was great. The hotel's location is perfect, making it very convenient for getting around. Our room was spotless and well-maintained, and the bedding was so comfortable that we slept soundly. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and helpful. The facilities are comprehensive, and we especially appreciated the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom. This hotel offers amazing value for money, and we had a fantastic experience. We'll definitely choose to stay here again next time.

BBubblecat1232In summary, the stay was good. The only criteria that may need improvement in my opinion is the air cond is too cold ranging 11.5 to 13.5 degrees. Many attempts to increase the temperature failed. Even after we off the air cond, it was very cold. Not comfortable to sleep as if we were in Shanghai during cold weather season. Not very sure if it was because the air cond is centralised. My friend insisted not to stay here in our next trip even though we were happy with the cleanliness, politeness, hospitality, food, location etc. Could the hotel look into improving this part? Thank you.
