"We had a pleasant stay here. The room was huge, just the way we like it. The staff were very polite and welcoming. The amenities were excellent, including the gym, steam room, and indoor swimming pool. We spent New Year here at a good price, which made it even better. Breakfast offered a wide variety of food."

"It's surprisingly a very nice hotel. Starting when we entered, the scent is luxurious and pleasing. The i terior is great and has a resort vibe somehow. when we checked in, they asked us to wait while they prep the room, so we were asked to wait at their resto/lounge and got free complimentary arrival drink. The room is spacious and the bathroom is big. The amenities are quite complete. We requested for a celebration serving upon arrival but when we entered our room we just received the 2 swan towels. Thats okay :) apart from that, breakfast buffet were nice and variety. And there's a kids club which wasnt really active and is lacking in toys/ materials to entertain our toddlers. But all well. Just location wise, it's kinda in the center of the busy city so I hardly say we could reach places by walking distances which was quite hard for us with 2 toddlers. We still had to book taxis/transports to even reach Mangga2 Mall/ ITC Mangga 2. But overall it was a great stay for a short resting trip. Love it"

"Overall very good stay ⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a pleasant experience at the hotel. The breakfast was excellent with many choices and good quality food. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The only issue was with the bathroom design, it doesn’t have a dry and wet separation. Each time I took a shower, the floor became completely wet and slippery, which could be a bit unsafe if not careful. Other than that, everything else was great, and I would still recommend this hotel for both business and leisure stays."

"Pros: · Excellent Strategic Location: The location is a major plus if your plans are centered around North Jakarta. It's very convenient for concerts at Pantai Carnaval Ancol (20 minutes away) and is within a short driving distance to key attractions like the National Monument (Monas, 12 minutes) and the historic Fatahillah Square (25 minutes). · Spacious & Comfortable Room: The room itself is generously sized, providing plenty of space to relax. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep, and the large shower space in the bathroom was a welcome feature. · Friendly Staff & Good Breakfast: The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a good variety and quality, providing a great start to the day. Cons: · Noise Disruption: The most notable issue was the very loud and lengthy singing from a nearby mosque at night. While this is a normal part of local culture, it can be disruptive for light sleepers or those unfamiliar with the call to prayer. The advice to bring earplugs is essential. · Cigarette Smoke Infiltration: A significant nuisance was the smell of cigarette smoke entering our room through the ventilation system from neighboring rooms. This made the air feel stale and was unpleasant. · Dark Bathroom: The bathroom lighting was quite dim, making it difficult to use for tasks like grooming or applying makeup. · Unremarkable View: While the room had a window, the view was nothing special."

"There are a lot of places to go if you stay at this hotel. My family and I were so happy and enjoyed it Breakfast was super delicious and there were so many choices to choose from. At night we can go riding with the ebike outside the hotel which was so good to explore the area of Ancol."

"Wow... Superb ambience yet elegance The room was spacious... Took 5 rooms for the familia... 2 different floors.. Amenities such as pool.. damnn superb Breakfast... Two 👍 and two toes up.. superb.. spoil for choices All were perfect other than a small minor thing.. maybe just the room that I got.. the toilet has a some sewage smell... Other than that will be back again there soon"
