Hotels near Milano Centrale, Milan

It's easily accessible from the station, which was very helpful for us since we had a lot of luggage. It seems they don't offer daily room service, but the showers and toilets were clean, which was nice. The security boxes in each room didn't seem to work very well, which was a bit of a concern, but I think it won't be a problem if everyone takes precautions.

It is a B&B in a residential building. You need to open the main door and staircase door before entering the house. After entering the house, there is a living room + dining room with about 4 or 5 separate rooms. Facilities: The room is fully equipped and the bathroom is large, but there are no slippers, toothbrushes, toothpaste, etc. You need to bring your own. There are towels, bath towels, shower gel, shampoo, hand soap, etc., which are all in a large bottle. The heating is sufficient Environment: Because it is in a residential building, the surrounding is very quiet, I slept well, and the surrounding area is relatively safe. What is surprising is that there are many Chinese shops or restaurants around Service: The landlord did not show up on the day of check-in, and called to check in by himself. I told him how to open the door and asked about the breakfast time the next day on the phone. It was prepared on time the next morning. The breakfast was very rich. He also toasted bread, fried eggs, and made tea and coffee on the spot. It was very delicious Hygiene: Very clean and fragrant, the room layout and decoration are very stylish Transportation: It is about 5 minutes walk from the nearest subway station M1, which can go directly to Milan Cathedral. There is also M3 to the central station nearby

The room was clean and comfortable, the location was convenient, and the price was reasonable. However, the only downside was that we were assigned a ground floor room near the reception. Right outside the window was the pavement and the road. At night, there were vehicles working or collecting something on the street, and the noise affected our sleep. It didn't quiet down until around 3:30 am. The next day, there were pedestrians talking along with traffic noise, so we couldn't sleep well the whole night. The soundproofing was completely inadequate.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic. It's right across the street from the main train station, and having a subway entrance downstairs made getting around incredibly convenient. There are also tons of dining options nearby. I stayed for three nights, and the convenience of getting around was a huge plus. I booked a balcony room, and the view was great, plus the room was spotless. The service was also very good. My only real complaint is that the in-room facilities and amenities were quite inconvenient. I could overlook not having a kettle or coffee maker (though room service could bring a kettle if needed), but there weren't even any regular drinking glasses – only two small mouthwash cups on the sink. For a triple room, there was only one stool... Overall, it's a great spot with good hygiene and a nice view; just don't expect much else from the amenities.

Очень милый отель! Комната была супер уютной, милейший интерьер. По фото все не так представлялось. Для прогулок по городу нам было удобно, пару раз пользовались троллейбусом и метро рядом. Магазины рядом разные, в том числе и продуктовый за углом почти. Нас встретили тепло и доброжелательно, как знакомых, было приятно

The Hotel was actually near the Centrale Station. The Receptionist, all of them are wonderful!! Bless them cause on December 7, 2025, around 1:50 PM, I arrived at Porta Garibaldi and took Metro Line 2 to Milan Centrale. While heading toward Exit Torriani, I paused at the stairs to secure my phone and metro card inside my bag. I clearly remember that my wallet was still inside, placed deep in a zipped bag worn in front of me. As I struggled with my luggage, two men were walking closely behind me. One of them—short white hair, around his 40s—suddenly grabbed and lifted my luggage without asking, speaking to me as we went up the stairs. I assumed he was just being helpful. There was no violence, no force, no confrontation. After reaching the top, he walked ahead past Glam Hotel, while I checked in at Smart Hotel Milan. It was at the reception, when I was about to pay the city tax, that I realized my wallet was gone. Only my wallet was missing; my phone and other belongings were untouched. I later learned this was a classic case of pickpocketing through distraction.

My first stop in mainland Europe was Milan, and I chose this hotel. For two adults and one child, we opted for a triple room. European hotels are strict about occupancy matching the actual number of guests, so finding a triple room can be a challenge. We arrived from Milan Malpensa Airport at 6:30 AM, took a 1-hour train ride, and then walked to the hotel in less than 10 minutes – the route was very easy to find. The hotel is conveniently located, with a coffee shop across the street. We initially thought about having breakfast there, but later decided to head to the Duomo area instead. The hotel allowed us to store our luggage in advance, but early check-in wasn't possible, which is understandable. We came back around 3 PM for check-in and found that while the room wasn't large, it was well-equipped with bath towels, slippers, shower caps, and shampoo. You'll need to bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste, and electric kettle. There's a safe and a mini-fridge in the room, but the mini-bar items are chargeable. Breakfast was especially plentiful and served from 7 AM to 11 AM. Overall, we were very satisfied with the hotel, though the Wi-Fi connection was a bit tricky. One minor complaint: the bathroom light is sound-activated, which is fine when showering, but it kept going dark while using the toilet, and even clapping loudly didn't always work. The small balcony was nice, but for non-smoking tourists, it's not particularly useful.

Wonderful hotel in an excellent location! The train station is just a few minutes' walk away!!!! For the airport, there's also a bus stop right across from the hotel; it costs €10 and takes an hour to Malpensa!!!! The hotel stands out for its quality, and the rooms are very large, comfortable, and clean!!! Our stay was delightful, and we would definitely choose it again. We highly recommend it!!!

For the price, it's excellent. Very well located and very clean. The neighborhood is quiet at night, with all shops and services nearby. The cleanliness is outstanding; all the bed and bath linens are new and very white. It has a balcony where I exercised in the morning, but it's also for smokers. The breakfast isn't great, but what can you expect for 7 euros? The most notable aspects are the cleanliness and the location. I even got around the city solely by public transport and on foot. The Susa metro station must be barely 300 meters from the hotel.
