A Wonderful Stay at Villa Sant’Andrea, A Belmond Hotel, Taormina Mare I had a truly wonderful stay at Villa Sant’Andrea. The hotel is incredibly beautiful and unique, with stunning views that made every moment special. My room was very comfortable, and I enjoyed a restful and peaceful sleep throughout my stay. I would like to sincerely thank all the staff who made my experience so memorable—from the team who checked me in to the bellman and doorman who kindly assisted me upon arrival and departure. Your warm hospitality and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. It is no surprise that this hotel is so famous. You have created such a beautiful memory for my vacation, one that I will always cherish. I truly look forward to returning in the future. Thank you to everyone for such an exceptional experience.

The location and environment were excellent; it was the most satisfying hotel of my entire Italy trip. The room even had a small kitchen where you could cook simple meals. Aside from the hairdryer socket being a bit loose, everything else was fantastic.

While the rooms are a bit dated, the pool and beach facilities make this an absolute gem of a resort! The unspoiled views of Isola Bella by the beach and gorgeous view of Mt Etna at the pool are breathtaking. The restaurant also serves impeccable Sicilian food featuring local favorites like anchovies, swordfish, arancini, and cannolo. The hotel offers a shuttle bus service to the town center, but we found it more convenient to call taxi when we wanted to move around.

Wonderful & romantic location. Friendly and professional staff. Special praise to Miguel and all the catering guys. Nice, efficient and smart. The cleaning ladies and all the staff who manage the sunbeds and the beach area are very kind. Top breakfast & lunch! Congratulations also to Mr. Daniele at reception, very quick in managing problem solving. In the end…we extended our stay.

Overlooking the Ionian Sea, the Grand Hotel San Pietro is a beautiful hotel with landscaped gardens and excellent amenities. The staff are extremely courteous and helpful and the rooms are well appointed and very comfortable.  Located within a 10-15 minute walk of the shopping and sightseeing area of Taormina, makes this 5 Star hotel an excellent choice.  The staff, as mentioned, are very courteous and helpful - and it is quite easy to become friends with them. Infact, Christian and Loretta (who work in the bar area during the evenings) are 2 staff members that I highly commend - not only for their service but for the exceptional time we spent with them.  This hotel is highly recommended and I certainly look forward to returning in the not too distant future.

Everything was good except for the laundry. We paid 40 euros and our laundry came back still somewhat dirty and not smelling clean. All my white clothes were ruined because they didn't separate. Wasted my money and my clothes. Breakfast was good but repetitive. The service was good, the staff was friendly. The room was cleaned daily and thoroughly. We had a sea view room which was beautiful however it felt so stuffy and humid that it prevented us from sleeping and we were unable to turn on the air conditioning. The walls were so thin that we could hear people outside all night, we could hear the people have breakfast in the morning, and we could hear the opera couple streets over. Location was close enough to the bus and to shops and restaraunts.

A fantastic hotel, located within the scenic area, within walking distance of the viewing platform and the grand theater. The town is wonderful at night and worth exploring. It's highly recommended to book a room with a small balcony, as it's excellent.

The scenery is beautiful. I set the alarm early in the morning and took photos of the sunrise. The service was also very good. The luggage was delivered to our room.

Nice location with good view. Shampoo and shower gel are nice.

I don't understand why people say that the hotel was old and crumbling. I think it was great and clean.
