"Great location, Dotonbori is just downstairs and there are plenty of restaurants right below the hotel. Less than 5 minutes’ walk to Shinsaibashi as well. The hotel service was excellent, we arrived early and they kindly arranged an early check-in for us. Toiletries like toothbrushes and toothpaste were also available for self-service in the lobby. Will book again next time!"
"Booked this SGF for its price during one of JP's busiest Oct weekend. Best thing: its location across from the lively Dotonbori canal area and 10-min walk to/from Namba Nankai Station, and the room view given as requested. Otherwise, it's a large and busy tourist hotel and our room was awkwardly configured and tiny, even by JP standards. Breakfast was a tad expensive and while it caters to all, it lacks a distinctive Japanese touch. It was good value for peak getaways but for other times, we can find better value elsewhere in Osaka."
"The location is great near a train station, near the market Kuromon where seafood are sold in abundance. The rooms are spacious (larger than standard hotels rooms),bed comfy. The children had 2 large single beds. Staff friendly. Will stay longer next time. Will recommend to family and friends"
"We stay for 3 days here. This place is close to everywhere especially Kuromon Market. The hotel/Apt itself has complete facilities, small kitchen, microwave, washing machine etc. Look forward to stay here again once I visit Osaka."
"Really enjoyed my stay here! Excellent location, service, and facilities (5/5). Housekeeping was great too — they cleaned the room daily whenever requested. Overall very clean, but the bed cover could be improved as it felt a bit itchy. Still a great stay and I’d recommend it!"
"Nag-stay kami dito recently at sobrang nagustuhan namin ang experience. Malinis at maaliwalas ang room, very comfortable ang bed, at complete ang amenities. Maayos din ang aircon at tahimik ang lugar kaya nakapagpahinga kami nang mabuti. Ang staff ay super accommodating at laging nakangiti—ramdam mo talaga yung warm hospitality. Mabilis mag-assist at very approachable.Perfect ang hotel na ito for families, couples, or even solo travelers. Babalik kami ulit for sure!"

Amazing
GGuest UserVery worth it in Osaka Japan hotel !!! The hotel is impeccably clean, extremely convenient, and offers spacious rooms that easily accommodate four large suitcases. The thoughtful layout and ample space made our stay incredibly comfortable and stress-free. Highly recommended for travelers seeking both comfort and practicality!
GGuest UserPerfect location, it is only a min away from the train station and next to USJ. Best part is they have a spa that you absolute want it after a hard day at the amusement park!
GGuest UserThe hotel is conveniently located near Sakaisuji Hommachi station, exit 5. There are Family Marts, 7-11, and 100 yen stores (Seria) nearby. The room is equipped with 2 semi double adjustable beds and a large projector screen that allows guests to screen movies in their room (during rainy days). The breakfast provided was great too, love their breads and pastries. Had an enjoyable stay, recommended 👍
GGuest UserWe booked 3 superior twin rooms for 4 nights. The rooms were of decent size by Japanese standards. Very clean. We only asked for clean towels everyday n no cleaning as we are out most of the day. One pro is that the rooms have washer n dryer inside room enabling us to wash dirty clothes everyday n this is a plus when travelling for more than two days. The breakfast at the top floor of hotel has quite good Japanese options but rather limited western options but still good as a whole. Food replenish quickly. The only downside is that for hot tea and coffee , we had to get it from a machine which is next to reception area and this is a hassle in the morning g when a lot of people were checking out. The location is also good about 20 min from shinabashi where hundreds of shops eateries are located. But we later found that there are a lot of good shops n quaint shops in the side streets around hotel. Will explore more if have time. Definitely will stay here again next time in Osaka.
GGuest UserFantastic facilities in this hotel . Breakfast is excellent and room is very comfortable . Location is amazing just 5 minutes walk from metro and train station JR and the other metro in Osaka. The spa area is huge with lots of options of baths, sauna and steam . Check in can be done earlier but rooms are only available after 15:00. The Annex building access alley is a bit narrow and unfortunately i kicked my foot in one of the lamps located on the floor . I wish they didn’t have those stupid decorations on the floor and I am certain that i am not the first one to kick those lamps . My final conclusion is if the rate is similar to other good hotels in Osaka , it is worth paying just a little bit it more to stay in spa world . Weekends rates are absurdly expensive.
GGuest UserThe room itself is well maintained and the facilities are common basic ones that I need as a solo female traveler. It a 5 minute walk to Juso Station and a lot of convenience store around. They have a coin laundry machine as well so it was easier to wash clothes when I needed it. All additional things that you need such as toiletries are also readily available at the lobby area. And the best part was the free breakfast!
