Love this hotel. It really near to the airport, you can see aeroplane. Simple nice cosy hotel with nice simple muslim friendly breakfast. There has a lawson at ground floor vey convinient

Hotel was conveniently located 5-10 mins from Narita Airport. Rooms were big, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for our family of three. having the bathtub was a plus. Staff were quick to help with luggage when we arrived on the free shuttle bus from Narita. The hotel also expected a large number of guests taking an early shuttle bus to the airport and so arranged for two buses to accommodate all guests. Would stay again if we have late night/early morning flights to/from Narita!

Close to train station. Exit at west side . Public bus stop nearby . Have a family mart and 7-11 nearby ..free shuttle bus to airport in the morning . I arrived noon time so I put my luggage with the reception and went out for lunch.I did not buy breakfast because I have to catch my flight around 10,,.. The cost of 1000 yens is really good price. When I came back around 4, my luggage was already sent to my room . The kettle was already heated with warm water . Basic amenities provided in the room .A little drawback may be sound proof .. fortunately my neighbour room was pretty noiseless at night

All amenities provided (bath towels, pajamas, slipper, toothbrush, all in one tot bag). Individual full size lockers for suitcase together with hangers complimentary with your booking. Toilet is clean, shower room is huge, clean and comfy, there is a rack outside the glass panel for shower to keep your things. Water pressure was strong. Shampoo and shower gel is also provided. Sleeping pod is spacious. Linen was clean and comfy. However it could be better if there is fan provided in the pod as it is quite stuffy inside. Everything else was great. Perfect if you have to catch morning flight at Narita.

This is an excellent hotel for transfer both inbound and outbound. Shuttle bus schedule to the Narita/ ANA Crown Hotel is one the value-added services offered by the hotel. In-house facilities such as gym and restaurants are also available. Breakfast is one of the must you have no reason to miss. Here I want to put down my special notes of hearty thanks to Mr Yasuhiro and Mr Nakamura who worked so hard to get back my biking bags in time from Yamato Express. Without their great enthusiasm and dedication on this, I might have to reschedule my flight, rebook my hotel fort my onward journey to Shanghai China. Thank you Mr Yasuhiro and Mr Nakamura for your combined support making my biking journey in Japan a true PERFECT one ! Thank you Japan !

Hilton never really dissapoint, room are clean and spacious, gym as well, breakfast taste well. Wish i knew online the hours for bus navette from airport but otherwise all good.

i truly enjoyed my stay!!! the staff were all very accommodating and i loved all the chance encounters i had because of the location of the hotel. 10/10

I stay here for 2 nights. The onsen is top class and the breakfast buffet has a range of variety and delicious. I highly recommend this hotel.
