GGuest UserThe location as convenience and service as excellent even we are landing in the earlier morning ; they provide flexible check in and also staff as friendly and helpful.
Restaurant for breakfast buffet as great as with different varieties of choice and hotel provide shuttle bus to inside city - Aeon mall one of the big shopping area within Narita .
Also during the leaving staff as helpful for move on our luggages into bus and when we off the driver of the shuttle bus to airport also helpful to move down and put on the torey as well .
Highly recommend this hotel and thank you for all !

CCOOKIE SHUMy stay was absolutely delightful! The room was spacious, bright, and designed with a modern minimalist style that created a relaxing atmosphere. The bathroom amenities exceeded expectations-premium toiletries and even a Dyson hairdryer, a thoughtful touch that elevated the experience.
The bedding was plush and comfortable, and cleanliness was impeccable-every corner was spotless. The location was ideal, especially convenient for early flights or late arrivals.
Staff were warm and efficient during check-in. Overall, this hotel delivers excellent value, comfort, and convenience. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserIt seems like I got upgraded to a twin room, which was incredibly spacious. The bed was quite comfortable and everything was clean and tidy. For the price, and including breakfast, it's really good value! The only minor points were that there were a lot of guests, so the airport shuttle was full during peak hours, and I had to queue for a bit at check-in. But overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

GGuest UserOur flight was in the evening, and the hotel shuttle to Narita Airport was incredibly convenient. The driver's service was excellent too. When we arrived at the hotel, he even directed us to wait in a sheltered spot while he got our luggage, as it was raining that day. The front desk staff were also very polite.

AAnonymous UserThe new wing's facilities are quite good, but a common issue in both the new and old sections is that the shower water temperature control isn't very responsive; it's either too cold or too hot, which is quite annoying.
I'd like to specially commend a Chinese male staff member with glasses at the front desk. He was very dedicated and thoughtful. I came down to ask about facial tissues because I couldn't find any in my room. He not only told me where to find the spare tissues but also, just in case, went to the storage room to get a whole box for me. I really appreciate his help, as otherwise, if there were none in the room, I would have had to make another trip!
The shuttle bus service is very convenient. I'm sharing this for those who need it. One morning, there were only two minutes left before departure, and I was still in the elevator, feeling anxious. When I stepped out, I saw five or six smiling drivers and porters waiting there, with the luggage compartment doors open. It was a very reassuring sight 😌

AAnonymous UserThis hotel was relatively older and less clean compared with the other hotel we stayed at during the trip. The location is very convenient for airport transit, with Terminal 3 only about a 12-minute walk away and Terminal 2 around 20 minutes away at Narita Airport. One of the best things about the hotel was the free shuttle bus service, which made it easy to travel between the airport, the hotel, Narita city centre, and Aeon Mall for shopping. However, the room service and in-room amenities were fairly limited compared with the other hotel, as basic items like toothbrushes had to be collected from reception and bottled water was not provided. There were no free facilities to use, but having a 24/7 FamilyMart and a pharmacy in the hotel was still convenient.

BBabyKat CIOThank God to have this capsule hotel in Narita airport Terminal 2, it's the best location accommodation inside the building of Terminal 2 that is very convenient and nearest to the JR train station and Keisei train station. It's super clean accommodation with all necessary amenities provided. The hotel staff is also very kind and helpful with a warm welcome. The toilet and shower room are also very clean and good. There are all shampoo and conditioner provided with 3 towels, I'm very happy to stay in this hotel. I will come back to stay in this hotel again next time.

Twice i used this hotel if I'm doing any domestic flights in between Japan. As it's has free airport shuttle for hotel guests.
It does have scheduled timing to AEON shopping mall of your flight arrives in the morning it's good to catch the bus. Else just make do with the convenience store at the hotel lobby. (Got my sandwich/sushi/drinks from the store, closes at 2am of not mistaken)
Huge hotel, large capacity but a very well maintained one through years.
Amazing, if you ever fly into Narita airport i highly recommend to try & immerse yourself into this old classic building.
Worth the value for a night or two for a gd comfy rest.
** I bought the japan 🍈 from Kamata Tokyo and had carried it all the way via train into Narita..I wish to eat it before i leave for my flight following afternoon.. had asked reception staff to borrow a table knife so i could cut the melon unfortunately for safety reason they doesn't permit of such, hence i cut it into half with a wooden chopsticks and scoop the flesh off 🥄**

The best part about this hotel is the abundance of food options right outside, plus it's super close to both the subway and JR lines. There's also Kosei Park and an old street nearby, which are great for exploring.

GGuest UserConvenient transportation with free shuttle buses to Narita Airport, Narita train station, and even a shopping center. My flight was at 7 PM, so I took the hotel shuttle to Narita Park to see the cherry blossoms and then had some eel rice.
