GGuest UserHotel was conveniently located 5-10 mins from Narita Airport. Rooms were big, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for our family of three. having the bathtub was a plus. Staff were quick to help with luggage when we arrived on the free shuttle bus from Narita. The hotel also expected a large number of guests taking an early shuttle bus to the airport and so arranged for two buses to accommodate all guests. Would stay again if we have late night/early morning flights to/from Narita!

GGuest UserThe hotel is conveniently next to Keisei Barita station. Just remember to take the escalators going down to the street level where the hotel is; Google Maps directly me to a much longer route which was a waste of time. The hotel room is smallish in size; not sure if it is normal for this area. Cleanliness is very good despite the hotel on the aged side (based on the room setup/ deco). Breakfast was small spread but definitely good enough. Special mention about this blended drink of Pumpkin and Soy Milk, nice! Rates wise it is more competitive compared to the other immediate hotels so I won’t mind staying there again.

CCOOKIE SHUMy stay was absolutely delightful! The room was spacious, bright, and designed with a modern minimalist style that created a relaxing atmosphere. The bathroom amenities exceeded expectations-premium toiletries and even a Dyson hairdryer, a thoughtful touch that elevated the experience. The bedding was plush and comfortable, and cleanliness was impeccable-every corner was spotless. The location was ideal, especially convenient for early flights or late arrivals. Staff were warm and efficient during check-in. Overall, this hotel delivers excellent value, comfort, and convenience. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserWe stayed at this hotel during the last day of our road trip Due to our rent car already return, this hotel provide free of charge shuttle bus to the airport (very on time) Around the hotel you got 30 min walk distance to Narita plane take off sight seeing small outlet and about 50 min walk to Aeon Narita shopping mall The hotel got all facilities you need, sauna, fitness, meeting room, family mart 24 hours, and good price of buffet for BF, L, DN We booked room for 4 which is considered large, still got enough space to open our 4 big luggage Bathroom got all needed amities you could ask for up to cleansing oil, toner and facial cream Only one curious thing was ”no bell staff” i think the hotel got limited manpower So you have to manage your luggage to your room All others are great, highly recommend if you need to stay near Narita air port

GGuest UserThis is an excellent hotel for transfer both inbound and outbound. Shuttle bus schedule to the Narita/ ANA Crown Hotel is one the value-added services offered by the hotel. In-house facilities such as gym and restaurants are also available. Breakfast is one of the must you have no reason to miss. Here I want to put down my special notes of hearty thanks to Mr Yasuhiro and Mr Nakamura who worked so hard to get back my biking bags in time from Yamato Express. Without their great enthusiasm and dedication on this, I might have to reschedule my flight, rebook my hotel fort my onward journey to Shanghai China. Thank you Mr Yasuhiro and Mr Nakamura for your combined support making my biking journey in Japan a true PERFECT one ! Thank you Japan !

Beyond my expectations, I didn't expect such wonderful service, but i was very pleased despite a very shirt stay as i had a 7am flight next morning. This hotel takes all pride in caring for their client/hotel guests. Every little thing was put into detail ; the complimentary shuttle bus svc to/from airport terminals & the shuttle svc to/from AEON mall was well worth it, a great deal of price for what client paid for the room rate. I must so compliment Marroad Htl is spotlessly clean. Will highly recommend those for looking into free airport shuttle and with morning flight to catch. Will definitely rely on this hotel for my future Narita transit/ stopovers . 10 stars if i could. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

GGuest User23 January 2026 I chose to stay here due to the cost, shuttle buses, and restaurants on site. I stayed from 5th January to 19th January 2026. The pickup from the airport was easy. I arrived early and had to wait to check-in at 1500 hours (3:00 p.m.). They accepted my luggage and I got the free bus to Narita Square. Walked around getting the lay out of the area. Free shuttle back to Hotel. Arrived and allowed to check in. They clean the room every other day and provide fresh towels every other day. The wi-fi was strong in all areas. Multi routers & log-in for the areas. The signature restaurant was closed. They have another with limited meals. The breakfast buffet was Japanese with very limited western items. Sausage (hotdogs flavor) French fries (large steak fry cut) poorly seasoned, toast & rolls, coffee & juice. About the 6th or 7th day boiled eggs were available. I tried many of the Japanese dishes and some were favorable and others not. I ate raw tuna daily and it still needs salt, pepper, flour & hot grease. The laundry facilities were clean and worked well. I did note a few areas of concern the smoked area over the lights and HVAC grates/grills needed cleaning. They have a convenience store on premises. I used the airport shuttle to airport to take train to Tokyo.
