"Execellence stay! The hotel location is great. We can easily go to UDJ and namba. The hotel is connected to JR and subway station. Hotel staffs are very nice. You can leave your baggages at the hotel before check-in and after check-out. Hotel facilities are also good.My kids used bathtub every nights."
"It was a rainy Halloween (raining across all of Japan actually) when I arrived in Osaka and I just went straight to the hotel. I had to drag my two oversized luggage for a few hundred meters to reach the hotel and the rain was nonstop, so I got wet. I decided to just spend the night on my bed and get some well-deserved rest. It’s my second time staying in Tempozan area actually and I love the peaceful community and easy access to the train station."
"I had an amazing stay! The lady at the reception was truly exceptional – the best I’ve ever encountered. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made my experience unforgettable. Highly recommend this hotel!"
"Good location close to public transport, clean rooms and helpfull staff. Sadly due to a busy schedule I did not have the opportunity to make use of the baths."
"Biggest room ever. 2 queen beds with plenty of room. For 2 adults 2 young kids. Toilet is good sized too. Aesthetics in the hotel is minimal, clean look, we like. gave us amenities for kids. Has considerate items for loan, besides the usual intl adapters, they have things like nail clipper! U can buy osaka aquarium kaiyukan tickets at front desk, thats v convenient. Bfast is simple pastries but suffice. Hotel seems to be popular with caucasian tourists, the most we have seen in our entire trip. Short 5 Mins walk on flat ground to KATE limou airport under the ferris wheel. U can consider storing luggage at the hotel and save on coin lockers. Tip: Airport limousine kiosk only accepts cash!"
"We booked the hotel to visit the Osaka Expo. It is really easy to get to from Shin Osaka, taking the special JR Expo Liner to Sakurajima Station, with the hotel a short walking distance away. The daily shuttle to the Expo is also a short 150-200m away. Getting to the Kansai Airport is also easy. There is a once daily limousine bus departing at 12:29 outside the hotel, or if you prefer other timings, walk towards those hotels near Universal Studios. Room is very spacious, very clean and good amenities. The public bath on Level 3 great too. Breakfast at 4400 yen is not as good as those, from Royal Park hotels at half the price. While Japanese selections are wide, Western selection is very limited. We don’t even bother to take pictures of the food as there are nothing to shout about. I"
"Location: Next to Bentencho station so easy access to Osaka loop line and Chuo Line for Subway and Rail. Really good location even though it's not central Osaka. The advantage is that you can still get everywhere within 10-20mins and the surrounding area is clean and safe and quiet. There is a 7-11 next door and a commercial gym (charged at 1650 per day) Negatives are there is not much to do in the evenings. But this leads to the quietness of the area and is an advantage Hotel Room: We stayed in double room and it was large. Nice comfortable bed with good pillows. The AC was modern and good and did not make noise even while we were asleep. The room is cleaned daily (tidy and new towels) with new sheets every 3 days. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided. The room was also very clean. The bed has USB and chargers on either side of it. There is space to hang clothes But the room is really nice. We always were glad to come back to a very clean and tidy place. The TV has English menus but we never watched anything. Negatives are the fridge could be colder and the bathroom sink has a tiny slope on it so you cannot place product on the sink but you have a shelf above the sink for this. Very slight negatives for what is a great place to stay Hotel features: Excellent. Great laundry room with several washers & dryers. Trouser presses, vending machine and ice machine. A rooftop terrace with good views. The breakfast is free and is underwhelming, just different bread and pastries with choices of juice, soups, water and yogurt. It's acceptable and I guess it's free. The hotel lobby has little items you can take if needed, such as hair bands, toothbrushes, razor kits but something nice was that they give you bath bombs for free too. Different ones each day. Staff: Very friendly and helpful, even after midnight when I made requests they were very fast and helpful Overview: 100% would stay here again. The price-to-quality ratio and the large room size make this an easy choice. Do not worry about location, I stayed it Dontonburi area before and alothgh its close to everything, its loud, dirty and feels unsafe. But the location of Porta Inn is really good and super easy to get to central areas (around 10-20mins) and easy to get to the airport (direct line) and easy to get to Universal Studios too."

Amazing
GGuest UserVery worth it in Osaka Japan hotel !!! The hotel is impeccably clean, extremely convenient, and offers spacious rooms that easily accommodate four large suitcases. The thoughtful layout and ample space made our stay incredibly comfortable and stress-free. Highly recommended for travelers seeking both comfort and practicality!
GGuest UserPerfect location, it is only a min away from the train station and next to USJ. Best part is they have a spa that you absolute want it after a hard day at the amusement park!
GGuest UserThe hotel is conveniently located near Sakaisuji Hommachi station, exit 5. There are Family Marts, 7-11, and 100 yen stores (Seria) nearby. The room is equipped with 2 semi double adjustable beds and a large projector screen that allows guests to screen movies in their room (during rainy days). The breakfast provided was great too, love their breads and pastries. Had an enjoyable stay, recommended 👍
GGuest UserThe room itself is well maintained and the facilities are common basic ones that I need as a solo female traveler. It a 5 minute walk to Juso Station and a lot of convenience store around. They have a coin laundry machine as well so it was easier to wash clothes when I needed it. All additional things that you need such as toiletries are also readily available at the lobby area. And the best part was the free breakfast!
Mabilis mag-assist at very approachable.Perfect ang hotel na ito for families, couples, or even solo travelers. Babalik kami ulit for sure!
