When I first checked in, the hotel wasn't quite what I had imagined (and it felt different from the hotel I stayed at in Seogwipo), but after three days with my family, the overall experience was pretty good. Both the male and female staff at the front desk were genuinely warm and friendly. On our last day, we had an early flight and needed a taxi, and the young man at the front desk kindly helped us book one using a local taxi app – he was excellent. It seems Korean hotels don't provide disposable slippers, so if that bothers you, you should bring your own pair. We had informed the front desk, so our room was cleaned thoroughly every day. I found the location to be quite good; it was very convenient whether taking a taxi or public transport. There are many small, clean restaurants nearby, offering everything from Korean BBQ to bibimbap. The Subway downstairs was pretty tasty, and there's a McDonald's not far away, plus plenty of coffee shop options. Overall, for the price range, the accommodation experience was quite good. There are five rooms on each floor, and during my stay, the guests on our floor were all very quiet, so I slept well. Perhaps the only thing to note is that, from what I remember, the bathroom wasn't a wet/dry separation.

The hotel has a good location. There are various restaurants, shops and bus stations nearby. It was not new, but neat and clean with everything needed. We arrived after midnight and checked-in fast. The lady at the reception said there were no restaurants open at that time, but we actually found a couple of nice ones nearby.

This is a small local inn run by an elderly couple. I took bus No. 3001 from the airport at 11 PM and walked 300 meters to the hotel.
The room was very clean, and at about 15 square meters, it wasn't small. The double-glazed windows provided excellent soundproofing and warmth.
The next morning, I woke up at 5 AM and left my luggage at the front desk. The elderly couple were very accommodating.
The barbecue restaurant across the street is excellent, and nearby there are GS25 and CU supermarkets for everything. A taxi to Seongbanak costs around 60-70 RMB!

Amazing
GGuest UserIt’s an amazing place stay, ocean view over window every room. Floor heat make a cozy room. Feel safe and warm. Further more, if you’re into ocean side walk along the trail walking path right down the hotel. Very convenient to all sightseeing and the host is very friendly and warm welcoming us for the first time visiting Jeju island. Thank you for everything~ love this hotel very much.
GGuest UserThe location is great for those who need to be near the airport. The bus stops are just a short walk away making it really easy to travel around in Jeju. There is a 7-eleven at the basement which is really convenient. The duty free shop is also right at the hotel. The hotel staff were helpful and offered much advice on places to visit in Jeju. The room is really spacious and comfortable. The only area for improvement is that the lighting is a bit too dim, making it hard for the ladies to put on their make-up.
11381292****The hotel is clean and tidy, pretty standard. There aren't many shopping options nearby; for serious shopping, you'd need to head to the Shilla Duty Free area, which is about a 20-minute taxi ride. It's a quiet place to stay, and the overall environment is good. There's a Korean fast food place along the street, something like 'Yong...', which was quite tasty. Right next to the hotel, there's a Ruby Ice Cream shop that's also delicious. The hotel breakfast was good too, especially the fish! Jeju Island is really fun!!!
Wwhu301061tonyCentrally located in Jeju City, the facilities are quite comprehensive. The front desk staff are proficient in both Chinese and English, offering excellent service. It's conveniently located with many convenience stores nearby. The hygiene is top-notch, definitely recommend staying here!
GGuest UserI stayed at Maison Glad Jeju for 4 days and 3 nights, and overall it was a pleasant experience.
• Surprise discovery: I didn’t realize the hotel also has a ****** attached until my airport driver mentioned it.
• Front desk service: Check‑in and check‑out were smooth, staff were friendly, and they spoke English very well.
• Room quality: The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable.
• Convenience: There’s a convenience store inside the hotel, though it’s not open 24 hours.
• Parking: We received a parking allowance for our rental car, which was very helpful.
✨ Overall: A good stay with friendly service, comfortable rooms, and useful amenities. I’d recommend it for travelers looking for a convenient base in Jeju.
11032768067This is a fantastic hotel, centrally located in Jeju City. The bus stop right outside makes getting around incredibly convenient. There's a CU convenience store directly opposite, and an Olive Young nearby for easy shopping. Plus, a 24-hour pork bone soup restaurant is right next door. The hotel itself is quite large with excellent facilities. The rooms are spacious and immaculately clean, with daily housekeeping. The bathroom is also a good size, featuring high-quality toiletries and a powerful shower. They even provide two complimentary bottles of water every day, which is a thoughtful touch. Overall, it's a really nice hotel with incredible value for money! I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Jeju.
OOuranzuigeiliThe hotel's location is excellent, right in the city center and very close to the duty-free shop. The room we booked was spacious and had a large balcony overlooking Jeju city and the sea. Do note that the room doesn't provide toothbrushes or toothpaste, and the lighting is a bit dim. Overall, it's pretty good, mostly catering to Chinese guests, and the front desk staff can speak a few words of Chinese.
JJyrgalI booked a Udo Island day trip and found this hotel was within the pick-up/drop-off range, so I chose it. The facilities are quite comprehensive, though you need to bring your own toiletries. As for cleanliness, the balcony was quite dusty. The natural light was decent. They don't change the duvet when cleaning in the morning, but if you can live with these things, it's fine. Check-in and check-out are both self-service. If you're not sure how to do it, you can scan a QR code for instructions, or find the front desk staff who speak English and are very helpful.
GGuest UserOur group of five (two families) spent 7 days in Jeju, staying at two hotels, and this was the first one we checked into. The hotel's location isn't ideal; it's about a 20-minute walk to Hamdeok Beach. On the plus side, there's a BHC fried chicken restaurant and a CU convenience store right next door. We were quite satisfied with the hotel's cleanliness and facilities; it was spotless and well-maintained.
However, to be honest, we were quite dissatisfied with the front desk service. No matter what the issue was, their immediate reaction seemed to be to say no. It felt as if they might have perceived us as being overly demanding Chinese guests. For example, in my sister's family's room, the toilet wouldn't flush in the morning (note: their toilets here are electronic with automatic flushing). When we contacted the front desk, they informed us that maintenance staff wouldn't be on duty until 11 AM, so the issue couldn't be addressed until then. Since everyone needed to use the restroom that morning, we kept pressing for a solution. Eventually, the front desk staff consulted with a nearby cleaning lady. The cleaning lady then simply turned around, picked up a plunger (which was conveniently located right next to the front desk, implying this is a common issue), and fixed the toilet in a matter of seconds.
66laoshiThe area is small, the service and sanitation environment are good, the location is near Wudaokou, adjacent to Dream Building and Emart, and the transportation is convenient. There are waiters who can speak Chinese, and communication is barrier-free.
When I booked a room on Ctrip, there was a prompt asking what I needed. I chose to pick up the airport, and the webpage passed quickly, but when I arrived, I called the hotel and replied that the hotel had never had an airport pick-up service. It appears that there is something wrong with the system.
