Worth for Value to stay!!!
This is very convenient accessible hotel to stay that surround by Subway(Guro Digital Station, 10min walk) and also food street nearby. Receptionist very helpful to request and willing to help. They provide daily simple self service breakfast with Ramen, bread, cereal, and banana, if this can be further improvement with alternate day change in menu. All the food at the cafeteria is serve for whole day, especially drinking water.

Excellent stay! All the front desk staff were incredibly helpful, especially Chris. The room was clean and tidy, and the hotel's location near the subway station made getting around super convenient. Housekeeping did a great job every day, and the hotel itself is quite beautiful. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again on my next trip to Korea.

This is a really great hotel, honestly the best one I've stayed at in Korea. I loved the decor and cleanliness, and the facilities and tea bags were all excellent. It's not far from Guro Digital Complex subway station, there's an Olive Young downstairs, and plenty of places to eat nearby. It's a fantastic hotel, I'll definitely stay here again next time!

I stayed there for cheap because it was just opening. I'm looking forward to this hotel when it opens. The bedding was good, and it wasn't bad. It's on the road, so if you're sensitive to noise, you might find it uncomfortable. I'm not sure if I just missed it, but there was no switch to dry your shower, so the bathroom stayed wet even after a while.

I took bus 6004 from Incheon Airport to Guro Digital Complex Ohgeori Station. I arrived around 9 PM, and the bus was still running. You can buy tickets from the self-service machines at the arrival level. It took about an hour and a half to reach the hotel.
After getting off the bus, I had to cross the road and walk up a small incline. Since I arrived quite late, I used the voice translator on the self check-in machine at the entrance to complete remote check-in with the front desk. I then picked up my room card from the self-service locker.
The room was quite spacious. It's convenient for bus travel, though the subway is a bit further, both around 1km away. Getting to central areas like Gyeongbokgung Palace, Seoul Station, or Hannam-dong takes about 40 minutes.
There's a cooking area available, but I didn't really use it.

I stayed here for two weeks, and after changing more than 10 hotels in Seoul over the past two months, I only discovered this place near the end of my trip. Let me put it simply — this is a top choice. In terms of value for money, it’s hard to imagine finding anything better in Seoul. For the same price, you usually get tiny rooms, but here the rooms are huge — with giant TVs, even a PC (though I didn’t use it). The bathroom is spacious, with a shower, bathtub, and a bidet toilet. And most importantly, no unpleasant surprises like bedbugs or cockroaches (which I sadly encountered in pricier hotels).
Location-wise, yes, it’s a bit far from the center, but the bus stop is just a minute away. There are also convenience stores and a couple of small local cafés nearby — tasty and inexpensive.
Downstairs, you’ll find free coffee and unlimited water, plus a whole counter with instant noodles and a machine to cook them. They also provide fresh eggs and drinks at very reasonable prices.
The staff are the best — kind, helpful, and always ready to solve any problem with a smile.
Overall: this place is amazing. I’m flying out tomorrow morning and honestly feel sad to leave. If I ever come back to Seoul, I’ll come straight here.

The hotel is about a ten-minute walk from Sindorim subway station, in a straight line. However, precisely because it's in a straight line from the subway, it's built right next to the subway tracks. Trains roar by back and forth until midnight, and then start clattering again at 6 AM… This is very unfriendly for travelers and led to severe sleep deprivation. The hygiene was also mediocre; on the first night, I found the sheets were very dirty. I informed the front desk the next day, and they only replaced them, with no substantial compensation, not even a complimentary fruit plate. The facilities are quite old; even the toilet seat wasn't soft-closing, and the bathtub was the thick, bulky kind, with edges about ten centimeters wide, making it very inconvenient and unsafe to get in and out. Perhaps Seoul's hotel facilities aren't as advanced as those in big cities like Shanghai. I've noticed many places in Seoul, such as subway stations, aren't as well-built as Shanghai, and even escalators are scarce. The hotel price was acceptable, and it didn't increase much during the National Day holiday.

CCaicaiThe highlight this time was how lively and convenient the surrounding area was. A big shout-out to a gentleman at the front desk; his attitude was exceptionally good and he made me feel very welcome. However, compared to my stay at this hotel a year ago, I was quite disappointed this time. Firstly, there's absolutely no need to book a balcony room – it's just a tiny corner, incredibly small, and the balcony room actually felt a bit smaller than a standard room. My next complaint is about the hotel breakfast; it was exactly the same for all four days, with no variety whatsoever. Lastly, the complimentary snacks and drinks in the room were only provided on the first day. Although the room was cleaned afterwards, they were never refilled.

GGuest UserThis was my second time staying at Ninetree Insadong, the first time booked on a different platform. The location is excellent, right across from Jogyesa Temple (you can book a room with a temple view) and near two subway stations, Anguk on Line 3 (nearer) and Jonggak on Line 1 (slightly farther but still within walking distance). The location made it easy to get around Seoul by public transport and the hotel is also near the airport bus 6011 stop, so you travel to and from the airport easily. I also appreciated the fact that the hotel is right above the Anyoung Insadong mall which made it convenient to grab snacks or drinks or souvenirs from the mall's shops. You also get easy access to Insadong street with lots of eateries, cafes and souvenir shops. The area has a relaxed cultural vibe without being overcrowded. If you are vegetarian or vegan, the area has a number of vegetarian and vegan eateries. The room itself was fairly standard for a four star hotel. The staff were very helpful when I needed to make calls to a local number to arrange something and also helped with communication and translation. Kudos to the wonderful staff.

DD24034****The location is excellent, right in the Myeongdong shopping district. The hygiene and environment are great, and the service is very good. They even have staff who speak Chinese. It's only a three to five-minute walk from Myeongdong Subway Station. Overall, I'm very satisfied. Even though it's in a bustling shopping area, it's not noisy at all at night.

GGuest UserThis hotel offers incredible value for money! It's really luxurious and easy to find, located on the side of the building. It's about a seven-minute walk from Dongdaemun or Dongdaemun History & Culture Park Station, just follow the directions on Naver Maps. There are lots of shops nearby, especially towards Dongdaemun History & Culture Park Station, but it doesn't feel chaotic; I, as a solo female traveler, felt very safe. On the ground floor, there's a concierge who was very warm and polite, guiding me to the 14th floor for check-in. The lobby on the 14th floor is spacious, with several staff members, including some who speak Chinese. There's also a photo booth and a convenience store in the lobby. The room was huge! And it even had a bathtub! It was spotless, and the entire hotel smelled lovely. The cleaning lady was super cute and pretty, haha. I really enjoyed my stay, but there are two minor drawbacks, in my opinion. Firstly, the hairdryer's airflow was a bit weak, which wasn't very comfortable to use. Secondly, the soundproofing wasn't amazing, but it didn't disturb my sleep, so it was fine overall.

-Able to see seoul towel from our room!
What to improve/Take note:
-the staff service at night can’t really speak english so sometimes I don’t understand what they say abiutbthe deposit when checking in.
-No microwave/only fridge available
-The walkway is actually on the slope/hills (the picture doesn’t show that much that the hotel is on the hill so anyone who has big luggages or on snow time it is recommended to book an uber on the winter time)

AAnonymous UserThis hotel is conveniently located near exits 4 and 5 of Seoul Station, which have direct elevators, making it super easy for those with large luggage! The rumors about homeless people near exits 7 and 8 are true, but I didn't encounter any issues, and since those exits only have stairs, I just avoided them entirely. It felt perfectly safe, so no worries there.
The biggest advantage of staying here is its proximity to the Airport Express and train lines. It's just a five-minute walk, which is incredibly convenient! Plus, Seoul Station has a Lotte Mart, so it's perfect for buying lots of groceries and carrying them straight back to your room.
You enter on the first floor and take the elevator directly up to the front desk on the second floor. The restaurant on the first floor has a lovely ambiance, especially in winter. The room itself wasn't large, but anyone who's traveled to Japan or Korea will understand that. Overall, it was clean, tidy, and quiet. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next trip!

YYengBOur family had a wonderful stay at Sollago Myeongdong Hotel. The room was very spacious and perfect for a family. It had two separate rooms, each with a double bed, plus two single beds in the living room. It fit our family of five very comfortably.
The unit was well equipped with a washer, smart TV, microwave, ref/freezer, and smart bidet, which made our stay easy and stress free—especially for a longer trip.
The location is a big plus. The hotel is just a few minutes’ walk to the subway and bus stops (Chungmuro), making it very convenient to get around Seoul. There is also a convenience store right downstairs, and many local Korean restaurants nearby, so food was never a problem.
Btw, it’s a self check-in/out hotel. Very modern indeed!
Overall, this hotel is a great choice for families who want space, comfort, and easy access to transport. We would gladly stay here again.

There’s sign to follow. Room is clean and comfortable for 2 but not big enough to open 2 big luggage. And there’s no sugar provided. Only tea bag and coffee sachet
