The hotel interior was sparkling clean and well-maintained, feeling brand new. I was very satisfied. Despite the cold weather, the heating was excellent, adjusting perfectly to a comfortable temperature.
I was aware that disposable amenities wouldn't be provided, but I was surprised and a bit flustered to find there wasn't even soap! Next time, I'll be sure to pack all my facial care products.
In the morning, I had trouble with the hairdryer; it seemed broken and wouldn't turn on after I washed my hair. It was early, and no one answered the phone, so I just had to struggle through and dry it as best I could.
Despite these minor issues, I would definitely return! The quality for this price is unbelievable. I didn't manage to take any photos of the room because I was too busy relaxing. All I got was a quick shot of the hallway when I remembered at check-out. That's how much I enjoyed my stay :)

I hesitated a lot after reading the reviews,
but I decided to accept the location and accept the shortcomings.
But perhaps because I didn't expect much, I ended up loving this hotel.
First of all, I loved the fact that I could use the washing machine.
The room was large, which was nice. The bedding was clean and soft.
I slept incredibly well.
And they even offered free valet parking.
Parking in Guwol-dong is a nightmare, so it was great to be able to park.
And they even gave me three hours of free parking when I checked out,
so I didn't have to worry about parking after running errands.
Next time I go to a performance, I'll stay here!

The room is spacious and clean. Bedding, towels, and bath rope are like new. The bed is huge, mattress is firm. Shower was one of the best. The shower itself is spacious. Water is very hot and with good pressure. One good design is shower, toilet and sink are separated by glass doors. People can get ready at the same time. There are lots of restaurants in the area just downstairs. If you really have to pick something, people are singing on the street pass midnight on Friday night. But it didn't bother me at all.

We stayed at Aank Hotel Guwol-dong in Incheon for two nights and had a comfortable stay. The hotel was clean and well kept, and the facilities were nice. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, plus a large supermarket (Homeplus) close by, which was very convenient. The subway station is also not far, so getting around was easy. I stayed with my child, and the hotel was quiet and comfortable throughout our stay.

Very satisfied, it's close to the subway station. **Facilities:** The overall environment is great, and the service is excellent. Even though there was a language barrier, the staff were very helpful. The room had no strange smells, and the surrounding area was also good, very lively with plenty of places to eat, drink, and explore at night.

The only downside to this hotel is the area, it's kind of shabby, but otherwise everything is great! There's a metro station nearby, the staff is helpful, they didn't understand us, but they still tried to help! The hotel always smelled nice, the bed was very comfortable, the design was interesting, and the room had everything you need - from a toothbrush and toothpaste to all sorts of disposable creams. We stayed in three hotels during our stay in Korea, but this one turned out to be the best, although not the most expensive! I think it's great for the price. But you'll have to go far to get a good meal.

LloveinjeongThis is my go-to hotel for the last night whenever I visit Korea. The hygiene is excellent, and the room is spacious enough. The best part is the free shuttle bus to the airport terminal, which only takes a few minutes. Incheon Airport is always busy, and Seoul's traffic can be quite congested. Staying next to the airport ensures a stress-free, on-time arrival.

CChuankoushichahantiemuerI had a 17-hour layover in Incheon on my way back to China from the US, so I chose this hotel with an airport shuttle to rest for a night. I was hoping for a comfortable stay to wash away my travel fatigue, but I ended up very dissatisfied.
The service attitude was what bothered me the most. It was off-season, and although I booked last minute, I didn't get a low-priced room. However, the staff's attitude was very cold and poor. Even with multiple front desk staff and only a few guests waiting, they didn't open more check-in counters. Several staff members were just chatting, frequently deferring to others, making me wait in line for a long time to check in. The person who handled my check-in didn't smile at all and seemed very impatient.
Finally, they gave me a room on the second floor with only rooftops visible outside the window. Given that it was off-season, I strongly suspect they gave me such a room because I'm Chinese. The scale in the room had no battery, the showerhead leaked, and the toilet had many minor issues.
While the hotel had several restaurants, they were all quite empty and bleak.
The only upside is that most places accepted WeChat Pay and Alipay, which saved me the hassle of exchanging Korean Won.

PPorntidaThe room is nice, it's Japan managed style. The bed is sooo comfy. The breakfast is KR style which is so so for me. Anyway. it's a very good choice of hotel if you're ok of being away from the city center. Even though it's far but the nearby are pack with hugee underground shopping mall, lotte mart, shopping street and many kind of restuarant. To aviod stairs after check out, i recommend you take elevator at the park that u have to cross the street and press B2 (as i remember).. You will arrive at the train entrance right away. It doesnt have exit number.

Wwy740329The hotel's location is great, right in the heart of Songdo, making it super convenient for getting around. There's also a Lotte Mart nearby for shopping. The breakfast, however, is quite simple and the food selection is a bit limited. The coffee is also a bit weak; you need two shots of espresso to get a normal-strength coffee. All in all, everything else is fine besides the breakfast.

GGuest UserI stayed at Ocean Soloview on a layover, it is on the same island as the airport, so you don't have to leave far, about 45min by bus (#203) and some walking. There are many restaurants nearby and you have a great view towards the city/river as it is located on the broadwalk.

GGuest UserFor some reason, both hotels I booked through Ctrip, including this one, gave me a room that didn't match the photos online. The room was actually worse than what was pictured. When I checked in with my Chinese passport, I asked at the front desk if there were any higher-floor rooms, but the hotel said no. When I got to the room, I noticed the layout was completely different from the photos. There were no sofas, just a single table. It made no sense to have a small round table in the room without any chairs. I immediately called Ctrip customer service, and they followed up with the hotel. Although they eventually moved us to a room with a sofa, I still feel the hotel reserves inferior rooms for Chinese guests. For example, low-floor rooms, or rooms that don't match the photos. Is it because we are Chinese, or do all guests who book online through travel agencies get low-floor and less ideal rooms? I urge the hotel to be more careful with room assignments and maintain balance, rather than neglecting the needs of Chinese guests while prioritizing others. The attached pictures show the room with a sofa from the online booking and the actual room I received, which had no sofa. The hotel needs to ensure that room photos accurately reflect the actual rooms. They shouldn't use advertising photos for bookings without informing guests if the room doesn't have a sofa, as some guests book specific room types because they need a sofa. If I visit again, I definitely wouldn't want to stay at this hotel because the overall experience was very mediocre.

Check-in was efficient and seamless. My room was spotless, the bedding soft and luxurious, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The biggest surprise was breakfast – a semi-buffet with freshly made local noodle dishes and rich, aromatic coffee. The front desk staff proactively remembered my surname, and the thoughtful detail of offering a bottled water at check-out was particularly heartwarming. The location is convenient, within walking distance to the subway and shopping areas. The hardware maintains a five-star standard, but what truly makes it stand out is the perfectly balanced, understated care. It's a reassuring choice for both business trips and city getaways.

GGuest UserIt is not made clear that the hotel does not offer airport shuttle services every day. It is only on weekends and this is jo5 communicated until after you arrive.
There are not really any amenities in the hotel. The convenience store is purely supplied and the fitness room does not really have any equipment. It is very clean that I recognise but with lower price you can find much better hotels in the area with proper amenities. Also the hotel is struggling and there sre sign of it everywhere that give a very eerie vibe.the rooms are decently sized as well and comfortable.
