GGuest UserThat was the highlight of my trip to Ulaan Bator!! Not only the place is super clean, sleek new and warm but also the owner is absolutely amazing!! 😎🎉 She was super sweet and helpful about my needs - I'll definitely stay there again and again!! 🩷🩷🩷 Besides, I really liked the pillows - they're orthopedic!! The kitchen has all the equipment and everything works just perfectly!! 🙏🏼💙 This is probably the best place to stay in UB!! 20 stars out of 10 😉✨

GGuest UserI stayed twice here during my time in Monglia. Check in was super easy. Staff makes daily diffrent breakfast. They store luggages if needed when you go on an overnight trip or explore the city after you check out. They have an amazing Gameroom with one of the most beautiful chest boards ive come across. Would defently stay again.

GGuest UserNice hotel and good value! Staff at reception was accommodating and friendly! The mall attached is cool and has some food options. Location is central and close to all attractions . Room is modern and spacious .

GGuest UserI would highly recommend this hotel, it is well located near the city centre and its staff are very friendly and helpful. They arranged a car to pick us up from the airport when we arrived and helped us check the time and location of the show we wanted to see. When we arrived they upgraded our room, which was beautiful, spacious and very clean.

GGuest UserThe service was super, Ms Nara was extremely helpful, when my husband noticed only 2 bottles of water, Ms Nara immediately came back with 4 bottles plus a welcoming drink coupon. She also provided us info about the festival. When we left, she helped us to get taxi and told driver the destination in local language. Food in 2nd floor restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced.

GGuest UserI stayed at Eagle Town a second time on my way home from Mongolia, and even though I arrived late, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, especially the guy at the front desk whose name I didn't catch. He got me a ride to the airport the day after, and -- although this was a misunderstanding -- had prepared the room specially to house four people (I was traveling alone, but Trip.com had made it look like there were four of us). The rooms are nice, with very comfortable beds, perfect after having been in the countryside for a week. The location is rather close to Chinggis Khan Airport, or at least as close as you're likely to get for now, and there are plenty of grocery stores and convenience stores in the area. I didn't have any use for the kitchen, but it seemed to be supplied with at least some basics for people who want to cook themselves.
