"Rating: 10/10 Excellent all-inclusive resort in Cancun with outstanding service. We arrived early in the morning, and the staff kindly allowed us to use the buffet right away, which was a very nice and welcoming touch. Throughout our stay, the staff was always friendly, polite, and helpful. Our room was cleaned very well every day, and everything was kept neat and comfortable. On the day of departure, even though check-out was at 11 AM, they allowed us to stay on the property until 6 PM and kept our all-inclusive bracelets, so we could continue enjoying food, drinks, and the facilities. That was truly amazing service. The hotel also has great restaurants on the property, with plenty of delicious options. Overall, a fantastic experience — relaxing, well-organized, and great value for money. We would gladly come back again."

"We arrived on the 1st, it was their official opening day, the 1st 2 days were exceptional, service, food , staff, drinks, amenities and activities were great. Unfortunately minor inconveniences started on our 3rd day, house keeping didn't replace a few toiletries, they started cleaning later than expected (most likely due to the influx of guests) food quality while still good was as great as the opening, I'd honestly give them a next try as the staff were THE HIGHLIGHT of our stay along with our room."

"Best place I’ve stayed at in the last 5 years of travelling this place is amazing loved every second of it. Had one issue with security bringing a girl in who was up my a$$ but we got her a day pass like we intended too and we were all good again. Least you know security is good so again couldn’t recommend a place better and for the price this is a BARGAIN"

"Everyone really work hard to keep up the place clean and nice. I really loved all the entertainment and service they provided. I was there with only 17months old baby, they had food for kids, daycare, kids pools and so much more! Great place for family. Will definitely come back next time."

"We stayed in the garden villa which also has a bit of ocean view for four days. The location is great, beach and pools are great too, buffet is a meh, so remember to book one of the restaurants as soon as you can as the quality of the food is much better. Overall a great place with an attractive price."

"A pleasant stay. We received a room upgrade to ocean view which was lovely. Good size spacious rooms and comfortable bed. Amenities at the sister hotel next door were better than ours but because you can access both, this was not an issue. Friendly, helpful staff and good food from the three restaurants we tried. All inclusive drinks in our package were local and not very enjoyable - this would be my only gripe!"
