We stayed at The Manila Hotel as a couple with one infant and had a very positive experience. The staff were extremely accommodating and attentive, the facilities felt grand and culturally rich rather than modern, and the location is central, great for nearby parks but challenging due to Manila traffic. The highlight was the breakfast, which was outstanding and easily the best complimentary hotel breakfast I’ve had.

This hotel is highly recommended to everyone who wants an easy access to mall and other tourist spot within Metro Manila. The staffs starting from guards to information are friendly and helpful. Our experience with the good services they offer is memorable and exceptional. Kudos to all the staffs. The food taste is good and worth the price. I actually booked this for my colleague who celebrated his birthday. I don't know what is going on but according to him there was a call from FD in which I am not sure why? I haven't complain yet everyone blamed me. Sad gifting 2 rooms for his birthday and I got hurtful words in return, please do improve on the communication on your staff to avoid this to happen again. The place location is perfect for those who will be traveling using train. The hotel also allowed us for a free early check in at 11am, the check in process was also very impressive. They also allowed us to use free plate, spoon, fork and free service water (8 sets). The staff was friendly. The casino is just simple The karaoke is quite okay The pool is impressive The room is also good The Sauna was not available when we checked in Surroundings is perfect nearby Lawson, pure gold and many more, however they don't allow outside liquors. I actually stayed here for the 3rd time so far everything is great and I did enjoy my stays.
