I recently stayed at this hotel and can confidently say that the experience exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived until the day of departure, everything was handled with exceptional professionalism, care, and attention to detail. The level of service provided truly felt outclass and made the stay both comfortable and memorable. One of the most impressive aspects of the hotel was the cleanliness. Every area—whether it was the room, bathroom, corridors, or common spaces—was spotless and extremely well maintained. Housekeeping deserves special appreciation for their consistency and dedication. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day, fresh towels were provided, and everything was arranged neatly, giving a real sense of comfort and hygiene. The staff were outstanding. They were polite, respectful, and always willing to help with a warm and welcoming attitude. Any request or question was handled promptly and professionally, making us feel genuinely valued as guests. Their hospitality created a relaxed and positive environment throughout the stay. The room itself was well equipped, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. The bed was very comfortable, allowing for a restful sleep, and the overall atmosphere of the room was peaceful and pleasant. Everything worked perfectly, from lighting to amenities, which added to the stress-free experience. Overall, everything about this hotel was perfect—from service and cleanliness to comfort and management. It is rare to find a place where all aspects are maintained at such a high standard. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality accommodation, whether for family, business, or religious travel. Hotel with the most beautiful views in the world. I once stayed in a water villa at Maldives. But I have to be honest, the view from this hotel is more beautiful than the water villa in the Maldives. + most beautiful view from my room + very close to Masjidil Haram (just a short walk) + comfortable room and well maintained + daily room cleaning and amenities refill + suitable for resting without losing connection to the Haram + many food options around the hotel + helpful if you want a more relaxed pace during your stay + plenty of lifts to avoid queues during rush hour + there is a special lift on the upper floors which helps reduce rush hour queues. + very helpfull staff + high speed wifi + you can hear the call to prayer and the imam from the mosque directly from your room + early check-in can be served when rooms are available. + you have 2 choice to go to Haram. You can use ajyad street or zamzam tower. - price is quite high, especially for Kaaba view rooms - the elevator does not require an access card, allowing outsiders to enter. In my case, there was someone from the Swissotel Al Maqam hotel who got the wrong room. If I ever visit the Grand Mosque again, I will choose this hotel again and again. I really enjoyed my stay here.

It is not 5 star at all. At max it is 3 star. No basic amenities like iron board or shower gel. Worst soap i've ever used. It would scratch the skin. Staff did not know basic english.

The breakfast need improvement by variety and most of the food was cold. Staff are great and hotel was really nice. Additionally the lounge acess timing need to be more flexible specially as we want to pray in Masjid Al Haram its very tight for example snack time that is between 7 PM to 9 PM, also I dont know why they call it snack time that I discovered its dinner. This is the view from the room I booked partial Kaaba view.

Location was good compared to to trip.com hotel deal, liked the rooms but that much, has facilities not good amenities in the room, but lift was available in the rush hour.

The hotel was amazing. The staff was really helpful. They offered us a empty plates when we needed that we had the food from outside in the hotel. They allow us in the rooms and everything they give us a proper service all the time. The bed sheet is very changed and this provided a bus shuttle to the Haram And the staff at the reception was also very helpful and problem-solving staff. I’ll recommend the people to use this hotel, another one..

My first stay in the Jabal Omar area. I didn’t put high expectations at first, but honestly the service and staff deserve ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. My stay here during Umrah was excellent. The room was comfortable for the three of us, and the amenities were great there was a coffee machine, kettle, and even an iron provided The bathroom was quite spacious, which made the stay even more comfortable. Only one small thing the room could use more lamps 😌. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I would definitely stay here again.

After a few initial hiccups with room size, maintenance issues, and the card system at reception, the kind Guest Manager upgraded us to a suite on the 25th floor—what a thoughtful gesture! The proximity to the Haram makes the whole experience so much easier, especially when returning from prayers. You can literally see the Kaabah from the hotel exit, and being near the Clock Towers gives you easy access to shops and restaurants. The breakfast was absolutely amazing—top-class food served by very nice Bangladeshi staff who were attentive and kind. Funny enough, after all the sweat and crowds at the Masjid, returning to the hotel and smelling its freshness was such a relief. *************. The hotel usually offers gahwa, water, and dates after Salah, which is lovely—but as a heads-up, it tends to run out quickly, so not everyone always gets some. The views (if you opt for the higher, more expensive rooms) are incredible. The beds and pillows are very comfortable, making it easy to rest after long days at the Haram. Overall, despite minor hiccups, the excellent service, stunning location, and comfort make Marwah Rayhaan by Rotana highly recommendable. *************, it made our Makkah stay much more comfortable and memorable.

We enjoyed our stay at Dar al Tawhid IHG hotel Makkah. Great location excellent service very clean and food was great.

We had a pleasant stay for 2 nights, booking 2 rooms for 6 adults. Check-in was smooth and easy. The staff were generally helpful, from the bell staff who assisted with our luggage to the reception and room service. The rooms were clean and well-equipped with the necessary amenities. The hotel is about a 5-minute walk to the Haram, though the walk is slightly uphill. On the first night, the extra bed we requested did not arrive, and we had to follow up again the next day before it was provided. It was a bit inconvenient, but overall our stay was still comfortable
