"I did special request as it is our 5th wedding anniversary. We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights inclusive of breakfast. Room is near the exit at the end. Although we don't like the outside scenery but we are not fussy. The hotel even has complimentary buggy service. And we just learnt on the 2nd last day, that we are able to request to have us drop off at the main road. Breakfast: There are 3 areas of food. 1 area the menu will be changed daily. The other 2 areas will be the same. Swimming pool : I think it is 1m and 0.8m deep. I enjoyed the pool, but my hubby don't coz he's a tall person. Gym facility : Shame I didn't take pic. But my hubby like it. Even has glass bottles as it is complimentary drinking water. Room Service: The ordering via phone is breeze. The Staff will bring the food into the room, so make space for the staff to put on it and we paid in cash as well. Make up room service: All is good too. No complains, we requested for more drinking water, and that we are given. Special thanks to Loui and Mad for their kind and warm welcome."

"I love my stay at this hotel, I celebrated my birthday and they decorated the bed nicely. The room was clean and well maintained. I tried the floating lunch time tea and it was absolutely delicious!!!!! Every things tasted so good ! There is a shuttle to take you from the lobby to the room also very helpful."

"Super comfortable place. Very clean, well-designed full of light room with a good ac, we slept like babies. The bed is perfect. Like 20 minutes walk from Patong beach but the beach line is like 200 meters from your balcony. Not the first line to the shore road so quiet. Loved this place."

We spent 3 nights in a family room 406 which has a king bed and bunk bed on June last week and my twins already request me to book our next trip back to Novotel Phuket Resort, see kids don't lie! From the moment we arrived lobby porter crews Baw and Choo welcome us with a big warm smile and help us with our luggage, check in was smooth by front desk pretty young lady named Keng, too bad she didn't smile. The hotel is on the hilltop with stunning ocean view and the 3 tiers pools kids just love it. Breakfast spread is ok, Glory was very nice and helpful taking care of my twins, My twins love the pool, there's basketball and volleyball but volleyball should have replace a new one as it's broken. Love the Herring bar 3pm-5pm happy hour, bartender Bell made me delicious cocktail especially Margarita,, hopefully happy hour can extend to at least 6pm, btw, pool close quite early at 7pm I think 8pm is just nice. Hotel provides shuttle hourly to Jungceylon but each time only can carry 10 passengers however lunch and dinner hours no shuttle available. I think shuttle should run every 30 mins since it only carry 10 pax per trip. Lastly I would like to thank you housekeeper Lah whom taking care of our room clean each day so we can comfortably enjoy our cooling room after a long day outting. In short we had a great experience and we'll see u on coming October as my twins requested"
