Good location. Not far from 2 metro station and bus stops, so it is not a problem to go to any part of the city. Few shopping centers are nearby for those who want to buy something. A lot of good cafe and restaurants around. Friendly and helpful staff. Always tried to help us as much as possible. Room was cleaned everyday and everything was perfect. Tea and coffee refills, fresh towels were every day as well. Room was spacious and nicely decorated. View to the city was very good. We bought breakfast few times and it was OK for the money we paid. All food was freshly prepared and warm, but not very big choice, however if you don't want to think where to go for a breakfast, it is good alternative for a small price.

An Exceptional Stay It was a truly delightful accommodation experience. I've stayed at many renowned hotels, but none have been as satisfying as this one. The value for money is outstanding. I would especially like to thank Mr. Mert Hüseyin, whom I learned is the front office manager, for his warm welcome and courteous service from the moment I entered the hotel. The location is excellent due to its proximity to the metro, and there's a shopping mall right below the hotel. I particularly want to highlight that I was at the hotel during the consecutive earthquakes on April 23, 2025. Despite being on the 20th floor and feeling the tremors intensely, the staff's guidance and attentiveness made me feel safe. The parking is free, and the rooms are spotless and spacious. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. I would also like to extend my special thanks to Ms. Çiğdem Gök Topçu for assisting me in staying in a more spacious room with a sea view and for the lovely treats I found upon entering the room. Additionally, I sincerely thank the guest relations team for the treats sent to our room for my boyfriend's birthday and to every staff member who contributed to every detail of our stay.

Byotell never upsets. The breakfast has lots of varieties. Price location facility ratio just fits. Location is quite convenient. City’s mall, large hiker market and many restaurants, cafes just across large avenue and around the hotel also has many small restaurants that are convenient . The subway is just 50 mt away and can reach Kadıköy and all other areas easily. I recommend this hotel.

Apart from few issues, it was a good stay at Educity Hotel. Wifi was a big headache, although they fixed it but took around 15 hours. Other than that, staff was very cooperative and environment was very welcoming. Though they should have more staff who speak English.

GGuest UserWe had a fantastic three-day stay at this hotel in December with my parents. The location is excellent: within walking distance of the main attractions, and although it’s situated near the Grand Bazaar, it’s surprisingly quiet.
The hotel is very clean, and we were kindly upgraded to a Triple Deluxe room after the air conditioner in our original room wasn’t strong enough. The upgraded room was spacious, bright, and spotless.
We chose to have dinner at the hotel restaurant every evening because the food quality was outstanding, and Ozgur took wonderful care of us throughout our stay. Having access to the spa included in the price was an amazing bonus. Our daily routine was perfect — sightseeing until around 8–8:30 pm, relaxing at the spa until 10 pm, and then enjoying dinner at the restaurant with a breathtaking Bosphorus view until midnight. It was incredibly relaxing.
The staff were all exceptionally friendly, breakfast was excellent, and the restaurant view is truly stunning. We especially appreciated that on our first night, when we arrived at the restaurant close to midnight, we were still able to order a full meal without any issue.
Overall, a truly memorable and relaxing stay — we would happily return and have already recommended the hotel to friends

The staff were so helpful and friendly and the hotel is located in walking distance to a beautiful palace and art gallery, as well as the tram which gives easy access to the attractions of the city. The room offered a superb balance of functionality and elegance. It was impeccably clean, featuring plush bedding, perfect lighting for reading or work, and a surprisingly quiet HVAC system, a rarity in city hotels. They even upgraded my room and made my check-in time 2 hours earlier, and they welcomed me warmly.
This was the first time I felt kindness among the Turkish people I met for 4 days.
The room was also nice. The water pressure was strong! The room was really spacious.
