"The Hotel location is perfect! Very centric in downtown, close to offices and tourist attractions."

"I'm amazed at how affordable this hotel in the Loop is. Sure, the rooms aren't huge, but the location is unbeatable. I can easily walk to the river, the Art Institute, and there's a food court just steps away. It's the perfect base for exploring the city."

"Excellent location with access to red and blue lines and bus networks. And in the centre of the city. A character building with spectacular internal decor. Especially popular with conferences. Room was spacious and included two doubles with usual amenities though we did have to ask for a kettle. Staff very friendly and check in was seamless despite being busy. Two niggles included a $25 daily fee that could be offset by discounts in various parts of the hotel. Though for us it was a tax as we did not want the discounted services. Also cleaning services invariably wanted to service the room when we were in it. Attempts to renegotiate cleaning times did not work and in the end we timed our absence from the room to when cleaners would want to clean room. A very good experience for us nevertheless."

"This is a reasonable hostel. The room and bathroom are clean. They provide towels. Location is nice. Staff are friendly."

"The room environment is nice, next to Grant Park, on Michigan Avenue, very close to the marathon starting point. The only drawback is that the check-out time is very tight and inflexible."

"I looked up onto CQ Central Loop's banner unexpectedly and I didn't expect its location to be so central! There were convenience stores and restaurants and Metros all nearby. Front Office was also all ready to receive guests, and very kindly directed me to the lounge when they realize that my check in was a while away. The lounger was a perfect cozy escape from the cold and had coffee and tea facilities and wifi. The room was small but well kept and I slept comfortably."

"The location is very convenient, only 2 minutes away from CTA. The toilet exhaust system is not very effective, but it can be used. After we checked in, we found that the children in the next room were very noisy. The hotel communicated with the next guest in time and changed our room. Overall, the attitude of hotel staff is good."

"Perfect place to stay for a weekend in the city and great value for money. We had a queen room with two bathrooms which was very convenient. We booked a lake view, and it was stunning! The pool was crowded, so unfortunately we didn’t get a chance to use it."
