The hostel is located near the old quarter of Hoi An and night market. There are many restaurants and food stalls around the hostel. The dorm room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The young man works at the front desk is very polite and helpful.

Hoi An Nature Resort Hotel is the best in terms of hospitality Cleanliness and atmosphere. Front desk staff are very hospitable always with a smile and very accomodating. Room service is excellent they clean and scrub the bathroom and rooms everyday. Toilet bowls are clean. The bellboys carry all our luggage to our room at the top with a smile. We arrive late for lunch hotel restaurant is close and the staff even book for us a lunch at a nearby restaurant (Bong’s Farm Restaurant highly recommended) which is perfect and foods are yummy. Hotel ambiance is cozy every one will love it’s atmosphere perfect for every hearts desire. Aircon is perfect. The food serve for our breakfast is delicious and plenty (Happy Tummy) Over all it’s a success for us all. Highly recommended. Will stay again in this hotel.

I loved this hotel. It has great amenities, including a pool, gym, spa, and a varied buffet breakfast. The staff was very friendly, and the location is great, just a few meters from Hoi An's historic center and surrounded by shops and restaurants. I had a problem with the air conditioning, and they fixed it quickly and offered to move me to another room. I would return here in a heartbeat.

Nice boutique hotel, with good location n visit Hoi An ancient city by foot to shop n dine. Hotel is clean, all staff is courteous n helpful too as one friend needed to store ice pack in freezer. Breakfast spread was good, cater for Asians n non-Asians too. Highly recommend this hotel.

A Convenient and Comfortable Stay in Hoi An, Vietnam I recently stayed at the Tran Family Hostel in Hoi An, Vietnam, and I had a wonderful experience. The hostel staff was incredibly helpful and assisted me in organizing trips to My Son and Hue, which went smoothly without any issues. Additionally, I thoroughly enjoyed their outdoor swimming pool. The location of the Tran Family Hostel is just a 5-minute walk from the city center, making it extremely convenient for exploring the vibrant streets of Hoi An. The hostel's proximity to various attractions, markets, and restaurants allowed me to fully immerse myself in the local atmosphere. The rooms at the Tran Family Hostel are modern and spacious, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment for guests. The highlight was the super comfy bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day of sightseeing. The cleanliness and upkeep of the accommodation were also commendable. One of my favorite amenities at the Tran Family Hostel was the outdoor swimming pool. It provided the perfect spot to unwind and cool off during hot Vietnamese afternoons. The pool area was well-maintained and added an extra touch of relaxation to my stay. All in all, my time at the Tran Family Hostel was fantastic. The staff's assistance in organizing trips to My Son and Hue ensured a hassle-free and enjoyable experience. The convenient location, modern rooms, and comfy bed added to the overall comfort of my stay. I highly recommend the Tran Family Hostel to fellow travelers visiting Hoi An.

I spent 3 nights in Lavila Homestay and found it to be very comfortable clean and quiet. The location was central but tucked away into a quiet street. The room was modern and had a large window and the lighting was good. The owners and staff were very friendly and I was able to check in early. IThe stay was good and I was happy with everything. If I have to say what could be improved it would be the following : 1- The staff availability was hit and miss. There appears to be no dedicated office spot for check in and check out. If you needed to contact the staff for any reason it would be different. 2. The shower was very good. Plenty of hot water and good pressure. Unfortunately the room I was occupying had a blocked drain and I had to have very quick showers to cope with this situation . 3- Entry to the Homestay is via a few steps and a small ramp for suitcases. I would strongly suggest that the owners provide a dedicated area to park motorbikes instead of allowing parking to block off access to the steps. Please understand that these are minor issues but if addressed it would make the Homestay more attractive.

My partner and I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Signature Hoi An, and we absolutely adored our entire experience! From the moment we arrived, everything was just perfect. The location couldn't have been better – it was so easy to explore the charm of Hoi An, but still felt wonderfully peaceful when we returned to the hotel. Our room was not only incredibly stylish and beautifully designed but also super comfortable, making it a joy to relax in after a day out. Breakfast each morning was a real treat! There was such a delicious spread, and we always looked forward to starting our day with their tasty offerings. What truly set this hotel apart, though, was the staff. Every single person we encountered was so genuinely friendly and welcoming. When we checked in, they even gave us a really helpful map with all the local attractions marked out, which was such a thoughtful touch. Whenever we had a question or needed a recommendation for where to go, they were always ready with great suggestions and a smile. A special shout-out to Vy – your warmth and helpfulness really made our stay even more special! We honestly loved every minute at The Signature Hoi An. We're already planning our next trip back!
