We had a pleasant stay at La Beauté Boutique Hotel Hanoi. We originally booked a room without a view, but we requested one if available. The staff kindly upgraded us to a room with a view, which we truly appreciated. Thank you to the team for accommodating us so thoughtfully. The bed was clean and fresh, and housekeeping provided coffee and two bottles of water every day, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was okay overall, although the chicken dishes and boiled eggs weren’t quite to our taste. One thing to note is that the hotel is located along a small street, so cars and Grab pickups can’t reach the entrance directly. Guests with luggage may need to walk a short distance. The view is mostly of nearby buildings or the alley, but it was still fine for us. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay and grateful for the room upgrade and friendly service.

Welcome to Harmony House! Harmony House is a charming, traditional homestay with five floors, offering a cozy stairway experience, nestled in a peaceful yet vibrant corner of Hanoi’s Old Quarter. During your stay, you’ll have the chance to experience authentic local life inside the small, historic homes that make up Hanoi’s iconic 36-Street Quarter. Our homestay sits right in the heart of the city, hidden within the famous food alley “Ngõ Phất Lộc,” which connects to three bustling streets: Hàng Mắm, Lương Ngọc Quyến, and Nguyễn Hữu Huân. It takes just a 2-minute walk to reach some of the Old Quarter’s most lively highlights, including Tạ Hiện Street—often called the “international crossroads of Hanoi,” known for its vibrant street food and local beer culture. Within walking distance, you’ll also find popular local spots such as Giảng Café with its signature hot or iced egg coffee, and Xôi Yến—the best-known sticky rice in Hanoi. From here, you can easily observe the daily rhythm of local life and immerse yourself in the authentic spirit of the city. Although Harmony House is surrounded by many of Hanoi’s most energetic areas, it still offers a quiet and comfortable atmosphere—an ideal place to unwind while staying close to numerous must-see attractions.

The host was very kind and helpful. Although there was a smell of fried food in the room, it was still okay. The room is spacious and looks exactly like the pictures shown on the app. The cleaning staff were also very lovely and provided excellent service.

The hotel is very close to Hoan Kiem Lake, so the location is excellent and convenient. However, I was surprised when I saw the room's location; it was in the attic, which is essentially an illegal structure, raising concerns about public safety. The hotel staff kept changing, possibly due to shifts. Things I discussed with A had to be repeated when B took over because there wasn't effective handover. Sometimes, promises made by A weren't honored by B. Thankfully, after some general communication, it wasn't a huge problem, but it was tiring. The bathroom in the room was very small, and the towel rack was extremely high, making it inconvenient to wash up.

This accommodation was excellent! I give full marks for the service. The staff took great care of us even before we checked in and really made an effort to speak our language to ensure we understood everything. They also recommended some delicious local restaurants. The location is very convenient and easy to walk around. The amenities were complete, even down to laundry facilities. I was very impressed!

The hostel is okay, not too many people, which is a plus. The price isn't like a hotel, which is a downside. A bed costs 1070 Russian rubles. I paid with bonus points; I wouldn't stay here if I had to pay cash. The capsule has shelves that are dusty and clearly haven't been wiped – and again, the price is 1070 rubles, or 334,000 Vietnamese dong if you pay at the reception. The towel is incredibly worn out, and the pillow is rock hard, so I'm sleeping on the blanket instead. The blanket is very warm, but I'm 100% sure the duvet cover isn't changed; they only change the sheet (at best) and the pillowcase. The duvet cover doesn't smell fresh from washing at all; it smells of time and people. In Vietnam, laundry detergents are very fragrant, and they like things to smell strongly. So everything usually smells, but not the duvet 😉. In conclusion: it's fine for one or two nights if you're using bonus points, but it's not worth paying cash for even half a day. There are better and cheaper hostels in the center, costing 550-800 rubles. Otherwise, the location is good; it's a 23-minute walk to the lake and a 10-minute walk to a cafe with good coffee.

Great value for the price, beds are big and sturdy (matresses are hard like everywhere in Vietnam), each bed had multiple power sockets and shelf space (the curtains are slightly too narrow but long more than enough), the lockers are huge. The top bunks are oper towards the ceiling so if anyone turns on the main light at night it'll feel like you're too close to the sun, bring a mask and it's solved. There's an elevator, a small common area on ground floor and a terrace on the 7th. The breakfast buffet might is the best I've found at a hostel in the country so far: scrambled eggs, sausages, potatoes, fried rice and noodles, raw and cooked vegetables, bread, fruits, butter, jam and beverages. Staff is friendly. The bathrooms share a wall with some of the rooms so having ear plugs is helpful. Everything is clean and you can see the staff cleaning every morning, towels are available for rent.

We loved our stay at this hotel! The hotel is located next to train street in the Old Quarter so it’s perfect for accessing all the sight seeing and shopping spots in Hanoi. Even though it’s located in a busy part of Hanoi the hotel is tucked away in a side street so it’s really quiet in the rooms. The room was spacious and clean and we had a large double bed. The bathroom was also very clean and it had a separate shower to the toilet which is nice after many hotel stays with wet rooms! The hotel management is really nice and friendly and are happy to assist you. We left our luggage here all day on the day we checked out too. Shout out to Lam for being so friendly and helpful! Definitely recommend a stay here when visiting Hanoi ☺️

This hotel truly exceeded our expectations. The location is excellent—right in the Old Quarter, within walking distance to all major attractions and just a few minutes from Hanoi Train Street. The staff were exceptionally warm and accommodating; they even allowed us to check in early, which was greatly appreciated. Everyone was always smiling, making us feel welcomed and at home throughout our stay. The room was spacious, clean, and better than expected, and the free breakfast was a big bonus. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Hanoi.

I stayed in 3 different hotels during my 6 days in Hanoi, and I think this one is the best in the Old Quarter. It was very quiet at night, the mattress was super comfortable, and the breakfast offered a great variety. What truly stood out was the friendly and polite staff. When we were waiting in the lobby for our airport shuttle, they kept an eye out for our vehicle number and even helped us with our luggage. I'm really grateful for their service. Next time I'm in Hanoi, I'll only stay here.

Amazing
MManish NegiHolo Central Hanoi: A Memorable Stay for Travelers. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Holo Central in Hanoi, a serviced apartment complex that offers a unique blend of comfort, convenience, and exceptional service. Located in the heart of the city, it’s an ideal choice for travelers looking to experience the spirit of Vietnam while enjoying modern amenities. Location: Perfect for Exploration Holo Central's location is one of its main highlights. Situated within walking distance of key attractions such as the Old Quarter, Hoan Kiem Lake, and various local markets, it’s easy to immerse yourself in Hanoi's vibrant culture. The convenience of nearby public transportation further enhances accessibility, allowing visitors to explore historical sites, try local cuisine, and experience the bustling street life. Accommodations: Stylish and Comfortable Upon entering my apartment, I was greeted by a contemporary design that perfectly balanced traditional Vietnamese elements with modern aesthetics. The space was tastefully decorated with warm tones and local artwork, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The layout was practical, featuring a comfortable bedroom, a cozy living area, and a fully equipped kitchenette. This made it easy to prepare meals or enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, with high-quality linens that guaranteed restful nights after long days of exploration. The attention to detail in the decor and functionality of the apartments contributed to an overall feeling of home. Amenities: Enhancing the Stay Holo Central offers a range of amenities that cater to the diverse needs of travelers. Reliable high-speed Wi-Fi was a significant perk, essential for digital nomads like me. The on-site laundry facilities provided convenience, allowing me to refresh my wardrobe during my stay. Additionally, the beautifully designed common areas, including a lounge and terrace, offered great spaces to unwind. The terrace provided stunning views of the city—perfect for enjoying a sunset while sipping a local beverage. Exceptional Service: A Key Highlight The standout feature of Holo Central is undoubtedly its exceptional service. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The check-in process was smooth, with staff members who took the time to explain the amenities and share recommendations for local dining and attractions. Throughout my stay, the team was consistently attentive, readily offering assistance with any requests. Their dedication to providing a memorable experience was evident, making Holo Central feel like a community rather than just a place to stay. Exploring Hanoi: The Ideal Base Staying at Holo Central was not only about enjoying the apartment but also about exploring the vibrancy of Hanoi. The convenient location allowed for spontaneous adventures, from wandering through the Old Quarter to discovering quaint cafes and shops. One of the highlights of my trip was joining a street food tour arranged by the staff. Led by a local guide, I tasted delicious dishes that I would have otherwise overlooked. It was an enriching way to connect with the culture and flavors of Vietnam. Value for Money: Worth the Investment Considering the quality of accommodations, amenities, and service, Holo Central offers excellent value for money. Compared to other hotels in the area, these serviced apartments provide a level of comfort and personal touch that is hard to find. Whether you’re on a short getaway or a longer stay, Holo Central is a worthy investment.

KKey IkkiThe location in the alley but it easy access just walking distance. There also near the Tay Ho lake just have a walk nearby for the cold breeze especially in the morning . Nearby have many cafe and there is Korean restaurant . You can walk a little bit more and there is very delicious Pho ( you can check my photo uploaded ). The room itself have big bed for me as solo traveller . Cleanliness need to be improve . Hot water works well . Fan and aircond functional but I think it no need to be turn-on since it already cold here . There are 2 bottles of drinking water with 2 snacks if you arrive in hungry stomach.. Customer service respond faster and helpful . My check-in process very smooth . There are 2 passwords need to remember , the gate password at the basement before getting into the elevator , and your room door's password - I like to say it very safe and secure here . Price very cheap and affordable . Please wear slipper in the room because floor very cold 24/7 or you will get cold easily .

RRalfNeeded a good night of test without noise from streets. This was possible on the 7th floor according to the employee. The room was only five meters away from the road and I think the occupancy was about 25% Maximum. And this is royal measured. The window in the bathroom didn't even close. I asked for another room away from the road and with windows that can close. I was offered another room. Again a window that was broken, but I fixed it in a way it's closed now. Lifted up the locking system at the side of the window, but it fell down, so now the window doesn't open anymore. Small window. There's also a big window. Because of having big windows these rooms are being considered to be executive rooms. Never reared about window size influencing the level of hierarchy. But at the other side of the window there's a wall and it's a very creepy hole you stare in. I didn't really feel executive because of that. But still I got the one night of rest I needed to normally open my eyes again. It's creepy when you're so tired that your eyes just can't open anymore. Big fat eyes the next day. Suddenly the younger girl behind the reception approach me with an extreme humble tone of voice telling me that it's actually an executive room. I literally asked myself if they had the gutted attitude to sell me an upgrade. Never mind, relocation is coming anyways. Hanoi is a very dusty city. I mean extremely dusty. So dusty that the damage and harm it causes to visit this place really doesn't make yhe visit feels really worthy. Also the communism is absolutely what didn't suit me personally at all. I am socially more developed. In general I had the impression that they employees where friendly, but it's their job. Not their job to be aggressive as I experienced once when I just asked the question what sports Vietnamese people.like the most. But this was in check out day. And the sinistry in the laugh of the male receptionist towards the taxi driver after they pushed me into.paying more for what I ordered online completely woke me up. But it's also weird yo say that the new owner is less kayak and in the meantime trying to sell me.more nights and saying I should return. I completely don't understand this way of handling. Asking 30% extra for a early check in. I saw yes when booked one or two nights, but when one booked a week then I would give it for free. In my case I understand that I needed to pay more for that 3 hour earlier checking in. But my explanation was clear. I need rest and lay down in normality, instead of walking on the streets wearing me out even more. The option offered didn't have anything to do with customer focus. More customer abuse in the most possible hardcore form. And this was the second accommodation in Hanoi where this abuse happened. I only had two accommodation totally indeed. Yes that's correct fellow traveller. Horror travel horror. Now comes the materialistic reviewing: Beds brand new and 100% awesome and healthy. Spotless clean and even when you refuse room cleaning it still happens. Very need to do that. Amen to the cleaner lady. Welcome Hall is pleasant. Shower is nice. It's very noisy in the front of the building, but I've only seen one room and I know that women follow the extinguishers agenda from Europe and I experienced this extremely in Vietnam. It even makes me feel.Viet Numb. But that's a good sign. 7 days left and at least I've experienced a bit what the U.S. army experienced back then. Viet Numb for me is more like a Tour of Duty. I see a red door and I want to paint it black. Communists not my people.

GGuest UserThe location of Victor Metropolis Hotel was indeed convenient. The reception staff was also very friendly and helpful. They were very well-mannered and would offer assistance whenever required. The hotel is around 9 storeys high, with a roof top bar at the 10th floor. The room is relatively small, especially the toilet, with a bathtub shower area (that can make it very slippery to go in and out for kids/older folks). Sufficient amenities (such as soap/tooth brush) etc were provided, but be prepared that the quality might not be the best. Also, do note that there isn’t a lot of socket plugs available for charging. You have to unplug either a bedside lamp or another appliances to charge your own device. Overall experience was alright for the price offered!

GGuest UserI really liked the location of this place in how it is near a lot of food, fruit, and vegetable stands. I also liked how it is near a lot of mini stores where I can go pick up things that I need. Owner is very nice and loans me things that I needed. She is very respectful to me calling me sir. Hotel maid was very friendly to be around. I like how there was a portable convection stove for me to cook things with. I like how there were silverware, chopsticks, and dishes that I can use to eat my food with. Very good deal to use the washer where it only costs 20,000 dong for the first time and free for additional uses. I liked how it was near that big Winmart grocery store. Hotel room was very clean. I liked how it had this small space where I can hang my clothes up to dry which was perfect because it was directly underneath the air conditioning unit of the room upstairs where it gives off the heat which dries it faster. Hotel always has a fresh clean set of towels available whenever I need it. Hotel always has toilet paper available whenever I need it. The only thing that I didn't like was that now and then, there are spiders, where I had to kill 2 of them. I also had to deal with a big spider on my last day. I am somebody that has a fear of spiders. I might comeback to this hotel in August, September, or beginning of next year when I comeback towards Hanoi in Vietnam and the situation fits for me.
