Good place to book for a hotel to and from the ******. But I would not personally book again. Asked for two extra towels, only accommodated one, the king size room doesn’t feel like one due to the layout and bathroom is incredibly small that you could barely shut the door comfortably.

The room is a suite with a king bed, couch, desk and kitchenette area next to a bathroom with a separate vanity. Very comfortable! The room temperature was always perfect. There is an excellent breakfast in the morning with both hot & cold options. Coffee was also very good. In fact I missed it after tasting my Starbucks from a Keurig pod after leaving. We have stayed here before & know we can expect a good stay. There is a lot of parking & a nice lobby area with seating too. You can ask for daily maid service too.

Overall was good. Service was quick, staff was nice, but our shower wasn’t working properly and the heater doesn’t work- it was blowing out cold air. We didn’t want to complain since we’re only staying for one night.

My reservation had been canceled due to not arrived at out scheduled time. I had called more than 24 hr prior to notify that we would be checking in the next morning. The woman working at the front desk stated that I must have called the wrong number because they had no documentation of this. There were also 4 black bugs that were in the bed and on the pillows. I attempted to call the front desk however nobody answered. When I walked down the woman shared the phone systems “weren’t working well”. She reported that they would “re clean the room”. When we later returned to the room was still in the same condition with the bed remade.

Best hotel we have stayed at in a while.
Check in was quick and efficient.
Room was spacious, clean, comfortable, well lit and had a great set up for getting ready for an event or just to go out. The ****** shuttle on Fri and Sat nights was a nice bonus. Hotel staff extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Looking forward to staying there again. Forgot to take pictures of the room but there was also a large tv that swiveled on a half wall that was also nice. Room also had a small fridge.

We enjoyed our short stay at this convenient hotel (one mile from Mohegan).
Our king room with sofa bed was spacious and very comfortable. Housekeeping did a very nice job cleaning our suite. Plus, we loved the walk-in shower.
The hotel staff was very welcoming and helpful, plus the hotel provides regular shuttle service (every 30 minutes) to Mohegan from 4PM-1AM, which was a nice feature since it was pouring and we used the shuttle to attend a comedy show at Mohegan and didn't get wet running through a huge parking lot like many of the other ****** guests. (The parking garages were FULL due to the popular comedy show.)
The hotel should definitely fix up the outdoor landscaping since it's been sadly neglected, but the inside decor was fine.
