The first two pics you'll see the incredible proximity between Hyperion and the train station and mall. I was exhausted that day so it was super good that the hotel is 1-minute walk from the station! If you want to go to the city center (shopping street or St. Thomas church), it's only a simple 10-15 min walk. A smiley and kind blonde lady checked me in, she was really helpful and genuine. As for the room, it was modern and clean. Highly recommend!

Location is just across the hbf, though a little walking is needed.
Breakfast was ok, but not too extensive . No machine coffee available .
Reception was friendly and helpful, but can get slow due to many guests at the same time.
It’s not actually a Marriott hotel level as other countries.

I like this hotel very much. Drinks in the mini bar are free. Although I drink two bottles of water every day, I haven't touched other sugary drinks. It feels good. The floors are high, the rooms are spacious and the sanitation is good. Great! recommend.

The hotel room is modernly furnished. I personally missed a small refrigerator and a coffee/tea maker on the rooms. The spa area is very beautiful although the pool water is quite cold. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.
Cleanness is also good. However, personally, I have scared the extremely used feeding service. Such a feeding service to the guest is far from the management.
This needs to be urgently amended.

The hotel is located about 15 minutes (trailer) from the main station in a street just apart from the city centre.
We were somewhat disappointed at arrival at 23.30 clock that an international hotel in the Dorint chain no longer offers drinks at the bar, but only offers a minimum offer from the reception refrigerator. In comparatively much smaller hotels we have often experienced that the reception is able to serve the bar to screen the drinks.
The room was clean and clean. The style of the setting is the same as in the 1990s.

The environment is very good, the place is very quiet, and it is a very cost-effective youth hostel. The open kitchen is well equipped and suitable for cooking. The room is large and well decorated. Not bad.

Not a great experience overall. Location is not directly off any public transportation line so bear in mind lugging luggage on cobblestone can be very taxing. Service was slow at check-in. Only one staff was there in the evening, and a short queue formed to check-in while waiting for the staff to get off the phone. At check-in, room was automatically assigned via iPad, which was not a courtyard view as advertised on Trip.com, but rather a view of the garbage dump (from room 101). Went back down to ask for a change of room, and 45 frustrating minutes later, the front desk said it was because of the room category and “offered to upgrade” for 20 euros additional per night. After travelling for a long time, I didn’t want to waste any more time with a back and forth as to why Trip.com advertised a courtyard view, and the hotel gave me a garbage dump view instead, so I obliged. The new room however, was much better with a view of the Thomaskirche opposite, a lot more internal space, and a mini kitchenette.

WWaixiI recently stayed at Felix Ribendigen House Suites at Plaza Augustus and have a few thoughts to share about the experience. The hotel's location is very good, but there is room for improvement in terms of service.
advantage:
Location: The hotel is located near Augustus Square, in the city center, surrounded by many attractions, shops and restaurants, making travel very convenient. Many major attractions and public transport hubs are within walking distance.
Room comfort: The hotel's suites are modern in design, spacious, fully equipped and very comfortable. Especially suitable for travelers who stay for a long time, the equipment and furniture in the room are very practical.
View: Some rooms in the hotel overlook Piazza Augustus, and the view is very beautiful. Whether it's day or night, you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of the city.
insufficient:
Inefficient front desk: The front desk is inefficient when it comes to check-in and check-out procedures. The waiting time in line was long and the processing speed was slow, which affected the overall check-in experience.
Service quality: The hotel's service needs to be improved. The front desk staff sometimes seemed unfriendly and lacked enthusiasm and initiative when dealing with problems. The response speed of room service also needs to be improved, sometimes it takes multiple reminders to get a response.
Overall, Felix Ribendigan House Suites at Plaza Augustus has a great location and comfortable rooms for travelers who want to enjoy convenient transportation and beautiful views in the city center. However, there is still room for improvement in front desk efficiency and overall service quality, and I hope the hotel can improve in this area to provide a better stay experience.

Ssalvalasilvia The hotel is close to the railway station and the city centre. After checking in you can receive tickets for the city transport service.
Every important monument is walking distance and the city is lovely.
The staff, especially at reception, is lovely.
There are also check-in machines that will help you register and will print your key cards.
I’m not a fan of carpet but the room was perfectly clean with a nice bathroom. The bathroom was tiny but with all that was needed.
There’s also a nice luggage rack, unfortunately only one in a room for two, but it’s spacious.
We appreciated the complimentary waters.

GGuest UserIn general a decent hotel, however our AC was not working in the room and given our late checkin (11:30pm) nobody answered the phone when calling reception multiple times, which was very disappointing. We could occasionally also smell cigarettes from the ventilation system. Breakfast was alright. Without the issues it’s a quite decent hotel.

AAnonymous UserWe stayed in a suite for 4 people. The bathroom and separate toilet are perfectly adequate. However, there are not enough power outlets in the bathroom and there are not enough in the room itself. The breakfast buffet was delicious, varied and fresh. There were only a few places to sit if you go for breakfast during peak times.

GGuest UserA great hotel in the pedestrian zone. Parking behind it in the public car park, it was about 12 Euros. Up to the hotel and pleasantly surprised at the location, it’s modern and nice decor. Everything worked perfectly in our standard courtyard room. Staff were friendly and nice. The breakfast was perfect. Free tea and coffee was appreciated.
We liked staying there so much that we are planning to return on holiday.

TtorinessThis property is in a great location in central Leipzig. An easy 10 minute walk from the central train station. Apartment was massive, modern, secure and very clean. No air conditioning though and we stayed in middle of summer - the room was very hot even with the plug in fan provided we were a little too warm. Also getting the access to the room is a little complicated but once we managed to get the information about how to check in (is all online), it was good. I would recommend staying here and I would stay again.

GGlennWas stranded at the door step and was unable to get into. Ring up the given number and there's no one picking up.
A kind soul, happen to be unit neighbour helps us out. Manage to contact them and realise that they DIDN'T email us the necessary documents and password inorder to gain access into the unit.
Imagine what what if this happened on a late night. Very nervous and bad experience despite all the pros about this unit.

Smelled of sewage in the bathroom. Weird interior design with huge glasswall between bed and bathroom is very unpractical at night with all the light going to wake others who are sleeping.

CComer the roamerThe found a clean room before check-in! The hostel itself, is in a beautiful older building right next to the station. The room was spacious, but no air on so my room window remained open and it is next to a major roadway. The laundry was a bit complicated and you have to beat the mining breakfast rush for food before 8am. All in all, a great sty for 3 nights and the staff was super helpful!

Wonderful receptionist on Sat and Sunday morning who was so helpful!
We managed to check in early(not guaranteed)and the room was lovely and comfortable.
The parking garage for our hire car worked well and we left it when we got the tram into town.
Cannot fault the breakfast at all and just generally all the service we received.
Nothing not to like except I miss a tea/coffee tray but maybe this isn’t something that happens in bc Grr we nan hotels.
Don’t hesitate….value for money!
