And breakfast is great! The guest was friendly, charming and very attentive. If you want to stay in Leuven, I would always see if there is a room free in the Leuven Court, we're going to do that!

We came from abroad due to a medical appointment with a specialist at the nearby University Hospital. The hotel is gorgeous, located within the compound of the old beguinage. Ample parking (paying). Very friendly reception. The rooms are modern, with an interesting semi-open design for the bathrooms. Amenities, at least in our executive room, were very pleasant. Due to the early appointment, we did not have breakfast, but it looks inviting and will try it on our next visit! The caveat is that the hotel does not have a restaurant (unusual for a 4* hotel) which is inconvenient if you have mobility issues. If you are fit, plenty of eateries can be found in the old town, only a pleasant stroll away. If you are up for fine dining, a haute cuisine restaurant associated with the university's Faculty Club is right next door to the hotel. All in all, an excellent experience, we will be back!

Check-in at 2 p.m. but after 5 p.m. my room was still not available. Reception is closed after 6 p.m. so it was not easy to get my prepaid room. Not very clean bathroom and room. Basic breakfast buffet. What I liked as a smoker - a lot of places with ashtrays outside the building. And outside territory is very nice and green. To my mind this place is overpriced for so simple conditions.

located in the heart of the city center. They offer an excellent balance between good prices and high-quality drinks cocktails and mocktails. They garnished their cocktails with fresh fruits. service was fast and efficient. However, it's a bit noisy.

Room on the top floor, where I was hitting my head several times to the rough ceiling with my 1.68 No coffee/tea facilities in the room and bathroom was very basic (please say old). From the hall of the room you came to the bathroom, then you had to go to bed again. There was a lot of noise from the city, but that is expected. Gluten free breakfast was very disappointing, 4 dry gluten free butter hams and a small cake. While the buffet had a lot of bread, cooks in abundance and we had asked for a gluten-free breakfast weeks before our visit. Price of almost EUR 100 was absolutely not worth this room.

great hotel very close to all the attractions the room was a good size excellent bathroom with large walk-in shower the breakfast was ample and very filling plenty to set you up for the day the hotel was in a very quiet location and has a very large garden it would have been nice to have table service when the bar opens but alas it was just so nice to sit in the peace and profit from the sunshine the actual bar is in the old part of the hotel and was very cosy with a small courtyard to have drinks the staff were friendly hotel was very clean and i highly recommend

Worst experience ever. Booked it for 2 nights. Dropped our bags and had to leave directly for another appointment. When we came back at the end of the evening we saw the poor maintenance and cleaning. Packed our bags and moved to a hotel which could help us out (after 23h). Next morning shot some photos of the appartments which are certaintly not fit to be rented out. After calling the assistance we handed in the Keys before check in time. Ultimately, only received back our rent for 1 night, not even stayed there. Explanation was that it could not be rented out for that Day (ofcourse not true because keys were handed in before check in time). Conclusion: zero understanding and in short they just scam people with renting out these dangerous ruins. Be warned and do not book with BE.housing.

The breakfast is relatively rich, with a lot of spread spread on bread, milk, coffee, and juice. The bread in the morning is still hot. It's great. The front desk service is good, although I live on the fourth floor but there is an elevator to worry-free the whole journey. The hotel has a hundred years of history and is worth living. Looking across it is the railway station square!

Good studio! Fine beds and space enough with a baby with :) Location is perfect, in the middle of the center. Unfortunately, the lift during our stay was defect, which made us to lift the baby car every time the stairs were up and down. This was not fine.
