"They didn’t provide water heater (kettle) in the room. But they provide microwave and water heater (kettle) at the kitchen and we can use it freely anytime. It was very helpful for us, because we have baby and children with us"

"The hotel is rebuilt from the original castle manor, and the architecture is very distinctive. The floor is a wooden floor, and there will be a loud noise when walking. The front desk does not work 24 hours a day, and they have to wait for their working hours to open the ticket and check out."
"The reviews of hotels in Europe are similar. The overall feeling is OK. It is also very convenient to travel. The meeting address is close to the hotel, which saves a lot of time on the way back and forth. I had breakfast at the hotel."
"Sitting near the river Dyle, Martin's Klooster is a charming hotel that prides itself on offering exceptional service and elegant rooms. Located in an over 500-year old building near the historic city center of Leuven, the hotel is a real pleasure to stay with nice rooms and good amenities."
"This hotel is simple in facilities, just like our Chinese university guest house, just in meeting in Leuven, this hotel is expensive, the hotel has no door, you have to swipe to enter, ask where the card is not checked in, go for a long time It was still the card that a student helped to check in. inconvenient."
"The location is convenient and relatively quiet on campus, highly recommended. The front desk staff are also very welcoming, especially the Asian staff who can speak Chinese. They are really friendly and highly recommended!"
"Very quiet and clean hotel, the front desk staff is also very patient to answer questions. The slight fly in the ointment is that there is no hot water bottle."

Very Good
SShaguasiyueThe design of the executive room type is not reasonable. There is a small window, the bathroom and bathroom are far away, the bathroom has no door and the glass privacy is not strong. But the location and environment of the hotel are very good, parking is convenient, just in the Bejuan community, the city hall and the botanical garden are all within walking distance, crossing the tunnel to the opposite side of the road through the forest all the way through the University of Leuven to the Arenberg Castle.
MMimi1990I spent 4 nights, the location of the hotel was great 2min walk from the train station and 17min to the tourist area.
The room was spacious and clean.
No slippers or shower cap , hand gel and shampoo were almost empty, no refill of paper towel. the water was provided only for the first day
The hotel accepts only payment with card
GGuest UserThe hotel is close to the motorway and is well found. From outside look very stylish. A small shop as well as Starbucks and BurgerKing are integrated. All was clean, the service people were friendly. Man spoke English. The only but serious minus - the climate facility, so no window that could have been opened. It is not for claustrophobicians or people who are easily cool in climate facility. However, the price is okay. The hotel is also accessible, so it is also suitable for wheelchair drivers.
JJasonHudsonRXAs a hostel, it is already very good, the location is very good, the price is much cheaper than the hotel, there is a public kitchen on the first floor (all kinds of tableware are complete), you can cook by yourself. The young lady at the front desk is also very nice. But some facilities may be a little problem over time. For example, the washbasin is a bit clogged, and one day within a week, the hot water system for a bath breaks down, and only cold water can flow out. But as a youth hostel, it doesn't hurt.
GGuest UserThe apartment is very good. It is wide, clean, new furniture. Good heating. It is a wonderful location 5 minutes from the cathedral. The best in quality price.
HHarryzhou****The hotel facilities are simple and there is no air conditioning. It was a bit hot when I checked in in mid-June. The hotel is next to a square. There is a lot of noise from vehicles during the day, and the restaurants and bars downstairs are very noisy at night. The breakfast is rich, with hot water and hot milk.
ZZhangjianzhongThe staff is very good. There is a chance to communicate between the tenants. People with bad foreign languages are estimated to have trouble. There is a laundry room next door, where you wash 7.5kg clothes 5.5 euros. Dryers 0.8 euros every 5 minutes.
