店家免費幫升級了房間，也主動幫處理一些問題。
房間距離沙灘近，幾分鐘就到了，清水灣的沙灘真的很細，店家還免費提供了趕海工具，孩子玩的很開心。有機會還會再來。

誤打誤撞訂的房間居然在清水灣度假區，超級棒👍🏻房間很寬敞，乾淨，我們兩個大人兩個小孩住着很寬裕，咖啡超級好喝，感謝老闆的新年優惠！離海邊也挺近，就在小區裏面，步行10分鐘左右就到了，兩個小孩在沙灘上玩的都不走。。。總之這次旅行大家意猶未盡，已經計劃下次來的時間了，哈哈哈😁😁😁

相比小區旁邊的美食街（步行大概10分鐘），更喜歡東榕美食廣場。
房間用的是燃氣熱水器。這點不太喜歡。
民宿這邊問我們要不要泡澡，我説，要的，小朋友要泡的，然後幫我們調試了浴缸按鈕。等晚上要洗的時候，放了十幾分鍾都是冷水，還以為壞了，當晚小朋友沒泡成。
後來才發現，幫我們調的按鈕是錯的。我調到50度又有熱水了，這不應該的，怎麼會調錯呢，難道就這個房間和別的房間不一樣？
房間打掃的還算乾淨，開發商裝修的房子，重新又簡裝過的。
大堂好多家民宿前台，這點以前沒見過。
至於服務，每個人體驗感不一樣。過得去吧……

停車場不能直接到地上，要走一段樓梯才能到一樓，好在房間寬敞明亮，老闆也比較熱情，個人不太喜歡智能馬桶，熱水是燃氣的，不太好用，民宿離燈塔很近，附近就是美食街，很熱鬧。

除了洗手盆排水超級慢之外，其他都不錯，很多細節都做得不錯，有家的感覺。想喝咖啡還可到對面民宿老闆那買。走10分就到清水灣沙灘。
